The host was very receptive. The space was perfect for our family of (8) plus a dog. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room was wonderful as it was large enough to hold our whole family. As was the dining room. The game room and separate TV area made it convenient to have separate get aways also.

The house and surroundings are beautiful. The location is very private and the layout worked very well for 9 adults. The kitchen was large enough for us all to gather in and is pretty well stocked. The living room has a large couch and 2 chairs that fit us all very comfortably. Three out of the 5 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the beds are comfortable. There are other amenities in the house and within the development that we didn't get to use, but are available. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating and all 9 of us loved it.

Spacious house and great host

The property has so much space, the rooms are well set up, and spaced out. Definitely better for a group of families or a group of couples/singles, but tough for a mix if kids are joining. The clubhouse is great for all ages and a short drive from the property. The house was set up for a number of people. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Great getaway with extended family.

The property was lovely and with the terrible weather we had, a great place to stay inside and have plenty to do. Great rec room. The main room was so comfortable to just hang out in.Not everything listed was available. Hot tub? Not on site. Maybe off property?

beautiful setting, relaxing weekend

Beautiful home and plenty of space for 7 of us. Gorgeous views (the leaves are off the trees now) to a lake, the sunrise and sunset. Great lounging spaces for reading, games and laughter. Many bathrooms have a "wow factor" ! (i.e Japanese soaking tub). The nearby town (car needed) was perfect for a bit of shopping and a holiday craft show. Owner is easy to reach for questions.

Beautiful place, and a great spot to have a real retreat! Plenty of room and privacy for three couples. Super functional kitchen, and lots of room to cook and mingle. HUGE living area, dining area, and even a mini den. The deck was also wonderful, and the fire pit was a great feature! Would come back here if in the area again.Thank you Piro for great communication and for letting us use your incredible home!

Very nice with some issues

Wonderful space for 10 people with lots of seating in living room and adjacent den. Beautiful views. Logs and fire starters in storage space. Reasonably well equipped kitchen with plenty of paper towels, Saran, foil, coffee pods, sugar, spices, oils, etc. Pool table, ping pong and darts were so enjoyed by kids and adults. Heat had trouble keeping up with very cold weather, main floor bedroom especially cold. . Bathrooms need towel bars and or hooks. No bath soap provided. Drip coffee maker was not functioning properly but Kerig was fine. Owner very responsive.

Lack of cleaning

The house is beautiful BUT even if the decorations are beautiful with lack of cleaning, it will be worthless. Unfortunately the house was full of dirt , no cleaning was carried to the bedrooms, I already sent some photos to the evolve management. The owner tried to make for me by applying a 10% discount but honestly speaking it is not worth a future visit. The kitchen were lacking the essential things . During my stay the HOA were doing some construction and the water was not available for more than one to two hours per day every day . Really needsuch improvement. I don't recommend the house for anyone

Hi Mohammad, we want to make vacation rental easy for everyone, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We will address your concerns regarding the cleanliness of the rental. Our cleaning company professionally cleans the house between each guest and has been focusing on COVID sanitization but we'll be sure to schedule a deep cleaning. - We wanted to make it right so we refunded you 10% of your entire stay, which was double the cleaning fee. We also offered to refund nights not stayed and provide alternative lodging, but you declined. - We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any concerns with the kitchen supplies or maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. Thank you for letting us know about your stay, we hope that the refund from the homeowner made up for some of the inconvenience this situation caused.
