A classic lovely 3 bedroom beach cottage directly overlooking Mollymook beach (80 metres). Whether you want to relax on the wide deck and soak up the amazing views, watch whales and dolphins from the bedroom or stroll to the picturesque north end of the beach for a surf, swim or walk - it is the perfect holiday home for any couple or family.

While close to the beach it is only 4 mins walk to the local shops & restaurants (butcher, local supermarket, gourmet deli, chemist and bakery) or the exclusive Bannister's resort & spa including the cliff top pizza bar and Rick Stein's famous restaurant. You can also enjoy the great cafes, antique shops, restaurants and boutique wineries in historic Milton, 5 min drive from the cottage. If you like golf, try the 9-hole course set on Mollymook beach or the 18-hole Hilltops championship course nearby.

Health and wellbeing classes nearby (pilates, yoga, massage)

Additional features include full laundry with second bathroom, air conditioning, CD and DVD player, gas BBQ, flat screen TV, radio, table tennis (surprisingly popular!) and off street parking for 3 cars.

Bedroom configuration is bedroom 1 - queen size bed; bedroom 2 - queen size bed; bedroom 3 - four single beds. Perfect for two families or multiple couples.

Great location, amazing views from all the living areas and main bedroom. There were stairs close by or road access down to the beach. The golf club is close by for a night out & they provided a shuttle service.The local shops are close enough to walk to.Overall we had a lovely stay at the house that provided everything we needed to make us comfortable. The communication from the host was prompt and reliable.

Fantastic beach house

We have stayed along Mitchell Pde for years but for some reason only made it to this house this year because we got a dog. It's excellent! Great views, plenty of games and puzzles and well located. We'll be back next year.

Amazing view

We have never stayed anywhere with such an amazing view! We loved the location as it’s only a short walk to beach. The facilities were perfect. It had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay

The location is excellent. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants. We enjoyed the ocean views and loved relaxing on the deck.

Fabulous views

We loved this relaxed beach house.. beautifully comfortable, with everything that was needed and views to die for. Close to the beach & shops when needed, Mollymook /Ulladulla is a lovely sized town, don’t have to queue up for much, apart from coffee from Native… the house and the area make it a perfect place to relax.

Brilliant beach stay with amazing views

Fabulous beachside property in great location and wonderful views. Suited our family perfectly. Dogs had a ball. Just note the yard is not fenced. We will be back.

Lovely property - comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, great balcony and stunning views. We didn't need to go sight-seeing - had all we needed from the balcony!!

Our Favourite Place

I cannot recommend this property and Simon highly enough (although, part of me doesn't want to so it stays a secret). The location is second to none and is perfect for whale-watching season. Many of times we sat watching the dolphins and stingrays frolic in the waves. The house is also disability friendly with only one small stair onto the porch. Once inside the main house is all on one level (laundry downstairs but can be accessed by walking down the side of the property if stairs are a concern) and has a walk-in shower which is large enough to accommodate a shower chair and the hallways wide enough for a walker. The location is brilliant - 5 mins max into local towns Milton and Ulladulla and a short stroll into Mollymook town centre. Have stayed twice already and can't wait to go back again soon - the property and location has my heart. Thanks Simon for a fantastic stay and property - we just love it!

3rd stay at the Yellow House

We love staying at this house as it's welcoming, well laid out and great for my sister who has limited mobility. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Wonderful location

This property does not disappoint. Huge picture windows from all living areas allow the Mollymook Bay to be viewed at every advantage. The kitchen & bathroom have been modernised beautifully. This house offers a family or an individual a fun holiday with every convenience in a wonderful location.

Location nice house average

Views from balcony main bedroom and lounge room were nice… house is super old and very run down.mould on curling of main bedroom,mould on bathroom cielong. Front door lock needs fixing, back door is pretty much broken and we were worried to open and close. House needs a major overhaul before we would stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Especially with how many amazing places there are down there to stay, we stay down there 2 to 3 times every year love mollymook
