My wife & I were in Sarasota for the US Rowing Youth National Championships and the Studio worked out great for just the two us. Location was perfect. It seemed to be about 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Sarasota. Studio was clean and Mariele was easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Will definitely look in to staying here when we are down for the US Youth Rowing Nationals next year.

So nice, felt at home!

Well this is my extended stay review. It was amazing from beginning to end. Neighborhood is so nice & quiet. I felt very safe here. This studio had everything i needed. I highly recommend.

Amazing stay!

Host gave very good communication. So great,decided to book 3 more days. Studio was spotless and as described. I would definitely recommend.

Vacation stay

This was a great little place for my wife and I to stay for almost two weeks! Super easy and nice communication with the host. She’s very friendly and the whole booking and check in process was very easy and pleasant!! I’d recommend this place to any couple!!

Great cozy studio!

We loved staying here. The room was clean, comfy bed and even had a private patio for us to enjoy. Perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy the beaches. All the kitchen needs were also there. We will definately be staying again next time we are in that area. Thank you for a great stay.

clean and cosy

The studio is in a quiet area. We found it very convienient to beach and The Legacy Trail (for biking and walking). The kitchen had a coffee maker which we used daily as we both sat at the table during breakfast. The bathroom was spacious and clean with plenty of storage for toiletries and terrific water pressure in the shower. After spending our days with family and friends the studio was a great place to use as our retreat and sleep in the very comfy bed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Simple and Comfortable Stay!

The property is listed accurately, no surprises! Perfect for a couple. Probably about 20 minutes from the beaches with traffic lights. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, great shower. Although we didn't cook anything there, it looked well stocked. It was a comfortable stay!

Perfect for me

For this 15 day trip, I was interested in renting a "smaller" place as I have extreme walking issues and a bigger home would have been too much. Even with limited space, this studio apt. had everything needed (comfy bed, super walk in shower, nicely equipped kitchenette and a relaxing patio. The owner Mariele, who lives in the adjacent home, COULDN'T have been nicer! Very accommodating. She checked in with me a couple times during my stay to be sure I didn't need anything. When my allergies were kicking up, she offered to go get meds for me! I highly recommend this property if you prefer or need a quaint, compact space!
