Great place to stay with great hosts. Lynn and Doug couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating for our needs. They maintain a beautiful garden. and there was plenty of space for our dog to run around. The cottage is also in a central location - close to everything downtown and our favorite beaches.

The place is a private beautifully decorated charming cottage near an even more beautiful main house. The whole property is perfectly maintained and surrounded by lush tropical gardens that add to its sense of privacy, peace and tranquility. We loved sitting in the lovely terrace right outside our front door. The location is a safe and quiet neighborhood near parks, a Publix and the city center, perfect for walking our dogs. They provided us with everything we needed and more. For the affordable price point compared to other rentals we really couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend it.

Enjoyable Stay in Charming Cottage

The on-site hosts were very welcoming & helpful during our 10 day stay in their cottage which looked like the photos in the listing. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the beaches, parks, restauants, shopping, popular sightseeing attractions, etc. Appreciated access to washer & dryer, as well as beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. Will stay here again.

My husband and I are Florida natives living in Sarasota. What we love about the area so much is it is close to the water, close to downtown with restaurants, cultural venues and a easy lifestyle. One of my favorite hobbies is fishing in the gulf. I am inspired every time with the water colors and sunsets. We do live on site in a separate house so if you need any assist, we would be more than happy to help.

This is me with a bunch of my friends on the beach at sunset. Sarasota is a lovely community.
