The house is amazing! Many bedrooms, clean and good for a big family. Pool is ideal. We sent most of our vacation by the pool. Golfers would love this house as it is right across the street & on the Par 4 hole. I watch the golfers tee off while having my tea in the morning. Location is quiet. The beach is 2 1/2 miles by car. George the owner/manager was great, easy to contact.

Awesome big family stay

This was a great place for a multi generation family to get together. We were so lucky to have the pool given the hot weather. House well equipped except for a few small items (like spoons, oddly). Outdoor space the best since the screened in room (with foos ball table) not air conditioned so not a place to hang out.

Fun in Jersey

Property had everything our family needed: a beautiful pool, a large kitchen, barbecue, proximity to lovely beaches and plenty of room for our pet Riley to run. Bathrooms barely adequate for 17 people. But we managed. Loved our time in Neptune

We had a great time being together as family, location is close to beaches and restaurants, nice pool and hot tub, private yard. George was gracious and prompt with questions.

Beautiful Space

Overall it was a perfect setting for a relaxing week. Communication with the host ws excellent although we did have a few minor issues that we have spoken about that might have been resolved quicker if I had reached out on the first day that the landscapers arrived rather than the fourth. Whirlpool had a leak and only one burner on the grill worked which was a minor inconvenience but for the amount of money spent I feel it was something that could have been checked and repaired prior to our visit. There was an issue with one fo the dryers but the host immediastely reposnded and someone came out although it was never fixed before we left. Again, the host was very kind and was quick to respond. I am giving him lots of feedback to make all future rentals be without issues and I do highly recommend this rental for large groups. Very spacious and up to date and by no means would the minor inconveniences prevent me from renting again!! Thank you George!!

So much fun!

We loved our stay! Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool. The trees offered shade so we were all comfortable. Our dog loved the giant yard. We enjoyed watching movies at night in the living room. It was the perfect place for a getaway for the whole family.

The house and property was beautiful and spacious. Check in was easy. The host was quick to answer any questions we had. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall a wonderful getaway will definitely be visiting again!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at this house. Very clean and has so much to offer for all ages. The pool was perfect. So much nearby for entertainment as well with the beach only a short drive and golf directly across the street.

Nice pool and family spot

Our extended family of 10 (including 4 kids ages 11, 7, 6, and 3) stayed for a week. We really enjoyed the pool and foosball table, and it's only a 10 min drive to Asbury Park (nice beach) and Ocean Grove (cute small town). It's not an upscale house but is nice for a family with kids. We had a few cleanliness issues but George was extremely eager to fix any problems and even provided us a credit for cleaning - he also fired the prior cleaners who did not do a good job so hopefully future renters will not have any issues.

Wonderful family getaway

We had a fabulous vacation. The location of this home is perfect, so close to beaches and boardwalk. The house is very nice. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend this property. We had 14 people total. Wonderful vacay!!

Comfortable and Convenient

We stayed one of the hottest weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Spent hours floating to escape 95+ degree days. Highlights of the house: the large family room with smart TV; extraordinarily comfortable beds; as many pool floats as you could want; intriguing art work throughout. George was proactive in communicating, and when we had an issue, he addressed it about as quickly as possible. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Easy drive to beaches if that's your thing - we simply stayed put in the backyard. If you're looking for food highlights: - Cuzin's Seafood, Marlboro - Cousin's Main Lobster, Asbury Park - Vic's Pizza, Bradley Beach - Buttered Biscuit, Bradley Beach - Cipriani's - 5 minutes from the house!! - We heard that Taka, for Sushi, was amazing, ut it was a 90 minute wait on a Friday night, so we didn't get to try it. Highly recommend this property, we would stay again if we are in the area.

Who knew the Jersey Shore could be so wonderful

Our first time to the Jersey Shore so we were very uncertain about where to stay and what to do We searched many VRBO listings to accommodate our family of 8 This house caught our attention and seemed to check all the boxes so we took a risk and booked it….and we are thrilled that we did In addition to it being big and beautiful as pictured , it was spotlessly clean, well appointed , comfortable and had a backyard pool and patio that were fantastic We spent many late nights mellowing out in the hot tub after a day of fun Thanks George for an amazing stay

Great Vacation!

We rent a vacation home every summer for the whole family to congregate and this was one of our favorites! Plenty of room for all of my grown children and their partners to spread out and have our own space. The house was clean upon arrival and felt homey even though it’s large. The owner George was great. It really felt like a home way from home for us!
