This was the perfect unit in the perfect place. Our daughter and family live in the community so our “job” of watching our grandchildren was easy. The pool was lovely and the kids loved swimming. I’m sure we’ll be back next summer

Perfect

This is my third time staying in this condo and hopefully I will be back in the future. Location is perfect for access to Charlotte, Huntersville and the Lake Norman area. There is a greenway near by if you want to walk and also a few restaurants within walking distance. Property owner is a pleasure to communicate with and I can not fault the condo in anyway. WiFi works great as does the dishwasher, washer and dryer. Plenty of plates and cooking equipment for a family.

Graduation party

We felt this was a very nice property. Will definitely stay again when we come back. I did notice from past comments the office chair has been upgraded and a TV in the master. So they listen to suggestions and make upgrades. Beds were comfortable and the bedding and towels were good quality.

Wonderful location!

This was a the perfect place for my mom and I to stay for the week. I booked in a rush for a last minute trip and I couldn't have been more impressed. Eli communicated with me and accept my booking right away so I had no worries about where I was going to stay. The location is absolutely amazing! With Birkdale and Lake Norman being just a short drive away we had something to do every single day. The condo was beautiful and quiet and had anything you could ever need for an extended trip. I would recommend over and over again! Far more than just impressed. Thank you!!!!

Great for what we needed!

Spacious and fairly well appointed! Hubby was working remotely the week we were there leading up to my friend's wedding so having the desk was great although the chair was a little rough for long periods of time. Certainly enough cooking equipment to get by. Comfy beds although if you don't like plush beds then you might need to sleep in the secondary bedroom since the one in the master is decently soft. It's an extremely quiet street and the street parking was never a problem for us. The location felt pretty good to us; close to a lot without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle! Eli was also responsive for any questions we had. We enjoyed our time there!

Excellent location!

Second time we have stayed at one of Eli’s properties this building. Always clean and spacious perfect four out family. We have 2 kids under 5 and they had plenty of room. The only thing is that parking has to be on the street instead of the parking lot for the building but other than that it’s awesome and would stay here again.

Excellent experience

The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the safe and quiet neighborhood with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The communication with Eli was perfect.

More than we expected

We loved the high ceilings and big rooms. It was very clean with alot of amenities. Very quiet building in a really nice neighborhood. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Eli was a very good landlord.

Just what we needed

Our family needed a place to stay while our house was being finished and this condo worked out perfectly. It is easy to get to shopping, restaurants and my child’s school. Eli was very responsive to any and all questions. We weren’t a fan of the Sling TV but otherwise no complaints.
