Convenient location

The unit we stayed in was very convenient and clean. The bedrooms drapery made sleeping a bit difficult due to it letting in a lot of outside light (perhaps the use of a dark out shade would be helpful). We enjoyed the Lake!

Lovely Location

This comfortable condo right on the water with the perfect dock for a boat rental was just right for our family! We highly recommend this property & Lake Norman to anyone who wants a fantastic vacation location with walking access to eat and 5 minutes from everything. Look no further!

Our trip to Lake Norman was perfect and this sweet condo made it just that! We enjoyed the porch at all times of the day, such a beautiful breeze and view :) The living room couch was so cozy and the dining room table was the spot for such great food and games - our family of 4 stayed together as comfortably as we do at home! Soft linens, firm beds but above all -- CLEAN. I can't wait to book it again!

Comfy Condo in Cornelius

The condo is exactly as shown in the listing. It was spacious and clean, the communication with Katie was excellent. My sisters and I enjoyed our time at the condo and especially the outside porch, where we could enjoy the outdoors even though it was raining! The area is great, we walked to Port City restaurant, which was wonderful. Overall, a very enjoyable stay, the only thing that could've improved it was some sunshine, nothing to do with the condo though!

Great location with Boat access

We had a great time at the lake. Its been on our bucket list to take our boat and enjoy the lake. Did alot of skiing, wake boarding, surfing and hanging out at the islands to cool off. The condo was perfect for us, played some pickle ball, hung out by the pool. We were able to get a boat slip next to the condo, perfect location, walk out to your dock. Adventured by boat and stopped at five restaurants on the water with dock access... mansions galore on the water... what a great place, would do it again!! Thank you

Great place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything that we needed, was close to restaurants, and had a great view. Our only negative was that we were on the first floor, and although the rental agreement asked folks on the upper floors to be quiet after bedtime, those above us walked all around their condo until 1 am. It was very difficult to get to sleep when the disturbing noise keep happening. This does not in any way take away from the wonderful weekend that we spent at this condo.

Very clean condo, easy check-in. Walking distance to the best restaurant in the city. Property is located on the water with boardwalk to utilize, however there is no lake access for paddle boarding or other water activities. Nearby public park with lake access. Would recommend.

We love Lake Norman! We go boating frequently, and enjoy the restaurants and fun around the lake! Our kids love getting out on the water in a tube, or try to get up on a wake board. My wife enjoys paddle boarding and plans to try yoga on the board soon!

The Port City Restaurant is just a few steps from the elevator, offering excellent food and drinks. A short distance away are Morningside Marina and Holiday Marina. This is the perfect location on Lake Norman. Attend NASCAR events in nearby Charlotte. Visit NASCAR team shops just a short drive to Mooresville. For a great family adventure be sure to check out the US National Whitewater Center, fun for all ages. Don’t miss the great local golf courses, restaurants, museums and historical sites and towns. Beautiful Davidson College is less than 5 miles away in historical town of Davidson! We love this place and we're sure you will too! Paddle Boards and Kayaks can be rented nearby on the lake at My Aloha just 2 minutes from the condo, they also give lessons and tours.

There are rentals of every kind - paddle boards, jet skies, boats, kayaks, pontoons, etc. The restaurant next door loves renters and you can always get a table (well most of the time!) There are 2 parks nearby for running, walking, biking and just sitting on the bench watching the boats.
