It was okay. The biggest issue was working the televisions to get local channels. They appear to be streaming and each television is different which made them hard to navigate. Other than this everything was okay. We would stay again. We do wish that there was a keypad entry and not a key lock. One key for 3 families is hard.

Enjoyable stay

Stayed for a long weekend, with 3 families and had plenty of room. Beautiful views from a corner condo that provide perfect viewing of the sunrise over the Atlantic. Beds were a bit uncomfortable, due to mattresses only and no box springs. We would definetly rent here again.

Beautiful facility; OK unit

The Crescent Shores complex is amazing. The location, pool, lazy river, and hot tubs are wonderful. The fast elevator makes it easy to access the condo from the beach even. The unit #806 was nice enough, but a bit used up- stained carpets, broken door handle to master suite balcony. The TV was difficult to use as well. The off-season price was great! The unit comfortably housed 4 couples!

Beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and very clean. I recommend taking some trash bags and necessities as such as there is no extra. The condo is very spacious. Perhaps extra pillows if you have each bed full as the pillows are pretty flat. Check in was simple and easy to follow. Remember to keep your parking pass visible at all times. The location was perfect for the time of year I visited. Will definitely consider Crescent Shores in the future.

Good location, condo needs work

Good location. Pools and hot tubs were enjoyable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Our specific condo needed a lot of work. All furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. Bathrooms need a lot of attention. Not at all pleased with the cleanliness or updates for the price. Expected more and would not stay here again unless it was a renovated/updated unit. We had a great time but the condo itself left much to be desired.

From the Owner: "Hi Meredith, we are sorry to hear the place was not up to your expectations. We are replacing the couches and a few of the living room items in the next couple of weeks, however, the unit stays booked a large portion of the year and has made it very difficult to do many updates since the unit was purchased by us. In regards to the couches, in beach rental, they wear quicker than most because of suntan lotion still being on the body when people sit on them. Also, 90 percent of the unit was painted over the past 8 months, and multiple of the mattresses we also upgraded at the same time. The bathrooms are as pictured on the website, but please let us know of any updates you had in mind that would make the bathrooms more pleasing. And for the cleanliness for the past 18 years, our cleaner has a very meticulous way to keep it clean and we have never received a complaint about the cleaning of the unit. We hope your next stay on your vacation with us meets your expectations."

Fall vacation

Condo was great, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the large balcony and having enough room for our large family. Couches in living room have been updated and were very comfy. It would have been nice to have been made aware of the construction that was underway on the building. We were all disappointed that the pool and hot tub were both closed during our stay. The noise from the construction was also unpleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would have considered staying somewhere else had we known about the pool closure and construction.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered due to the construction taking place during your state. The association tries its best to see that occupants are not disturbed as much as possible during scheduled maintenance, however, depending on which stage of the construction is, it can result in some minor vacation disruptions. Your stay was after the Labor Day holiday, and similar to a large portion of similar properties, the pools tend to close after Labor Day, however, we hope you had the opportunity to enjoy the other facility amenities such as the indoor pools and hot tubs.Thanks for letting us know about your stay!

Beach Girls Get Away

The condo was on the beach. We arrived 9/5 when the summer season was over. Unfortunately the large outdoor pool and hot tubs were closed. The lazy river pool and hot tub were fine but smaller. The beach access was good. The covered parking was appreciated. Our condo was spacious. The keys were difficult to use to open the door, however. It would have been nice to have kitchen dush soap and bathroom soap. We had to make a special trip to get items . Th

It was ok. A big crane blocking the entrance to our tower. Not enough towels and wash cloths. Not enough wrist bands and the people around pool harassed us all week. No pool chairs buy the pool. Everywhere else had chairs out not here.

Great location for spending time at North Myrtle Beach

We loved the location and spaciousness of the property. The size of the balcony was awesome. The condo could use some attention to some small details. We really had trouble opening the sliding door and the shower in the Jack and Jill bathroom needs some adjustment. It has very little water pressure because most of the water is flowing out of the tub spigot instead of the shower head.
