ボーリーサンズは、ビーチとお店の中間に位置しています。エリアの唯一のプールを誇る。 この家は全面改装されたばかりです。 オープンプランのキッチン、ダイニング、ラウンジを備え、ラウンジ、吊り椅子、プールエリアのある屋外の娯楽エリアにシームレスに流れます。 マスターと2番目のベッドルームにはキングベッドとローブがあり、3番目の部屋には大きな寝台があります。 新しいバスルームには、トイレと温水タオルラック付きのバスとシャワーがあります。 バーベキューとゆとりのある屋外ダイニングシート12、ランドリーに追加のトイレがあり、すべての屋外エリアは夏の日陰と冬の避難所のために隠れています。 ガレージは、スポーツ用品を駐車して保管するためのものです。この素晴らしい場所を作ったときと同じように楽しんでください。

Lovely house with thoughtful touches, in a peaceful area. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spread out. Easy strolls each day to stunning beaches and bushwalks. Kids loved spending afternoons in the pool and meal prep was easy in the well-equipped kitchen. We had a great week at Bawley Sands.

Great property for a relaxing Easter break

My family of four had a wonderful time at this lovely house over Easter. The nights were beautifully quiet, waking to birdsong in the morning. The beds were crazy comfy and my 11 yo loved being in a bunk bed.The surf conditions were crazy over Easter so we were most grateful for the pool. The house has plenty of room for everyone and I particularly enjoyed lazing around on the verandah reading, with the occasiinal nap and dip in the pool. A lovely hedge of grevilleas provide privacy from the street.The house was very well set up, with a well-stocked kitchen and loads of nice touches like blankets in the lounge, quality soap and hand cream in the bathrooms and decent quality towels. Another nice touch was getting a YouTube link by email which stepped guests through how to use the oven, heating etc.I love the way the house has been renovated and styled. I particularly loved the gorgeous polished concrete floors.It is an easy walk to the beach, where there were pkenty of friendly visitors and locals up for a chat. I hadnt been to Bawley before and found everyone so friendly.The local shops are well stocked so you dont need to do a big shop in Nowra or anything like that. You can buy freshlybaked bread from the bakery, decent wine from the bottle shop and anything else fromIGA! Support local. The shops are an easy, flat 10 min walk and there is plenty of parking.Thank you for having us at Bawley Sands, Toby. Would lovd to stay again!

Beach house with a pool

The property is in an excellent location, you can hear the ocean at night. The heated pool is fantastic! The house is open plan and modern. We enjoyed our couple of nights.

Comfortable and good layout

A comfortable house with a lovely pool. Walk to a couple of beaches, good kitchen and covered areas. Our two families enjoyed ourselves.

Absolutely awesome

The property has perfect and the location beautiful, relaxing and quiet. We had everything we needed.Toby was approachable and easy to deal with.Well worth a visit.We have been visiting the south coast with kids for the last 15 years with toddlers to now teenagers. This was one of the most relaxing and comfortable houses we have visited

Great break

We had a great stay at Toby’s property, location is well within walking distance of gannets point and other bawley beaches. House was clean and well appointed, great selection of bikes to use if required, plenty of relaxing room for the family. The kids loved the pool which provided a break from the beach.

Terrific property

This has to be one of the best properties we have stayed at. The property is thoughtfully designed, beautifully appointed with quality items throughout. Everthing you need for your holiday is at the property. Short walk to the beach. Pool is lovely with lots of comfotable outdoor lounges and different spots to sit. We loved it.

Perfect Coastal Getaway

We instantly felt at home. The house is stunning and the hosts have thought of everything, especially travelling with young kids. Everything was very clean and the beds are so comfortable. The heated pool was a highlight and the kids loved the inflatable pool toys. The location was great and we enjoyed walks to the nearby beaches and riding the hosts bikes. Communications with Toby were fantastic and checking in/out was very easy. We’ve already told friends and family they should book this property!

Beautiful coastal house

Thank you Toby for sharing your beautiful house. Everything we needed was there. The decor was very tasteful and beachy. The hamper was an extra special touch. Felt at home with the coffee maker. The pool was perfect to laze around in the afternoon - temperature just right for cooling off. Hope to visit again!

Felt like home!

This house was amazing for a family! From the moment we got there it felt like home. The hosts had thought of everything you could need including plastic plates etc for kids. The pool was so beautiful and really well connected to the house. The house itself was so well decorated and it had a great indoor outdoor connection. Location wise nice and close to the beach as well as the local shops! We will definitely be going back!

South coast wedding

A beautiful property 3 hrs drive south of Sydney. Modern house with large living areas inside and out. Loved the heated pool and relaxing on the outdoor lounge area. Beds were so comfy. Short walk to the beach, and we rode the host’s bikes around the surrounding area. We liked the ease of communication with the host and also the nice touch with the welcome basket of treats. Would highly recommend to all.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Great place

The place and the location was great. The house had basically everything we could have wanted. Communication with the host was flawless. Even when problems did crop up, the host worked quickly to resolve them. Would absolutely stay here again.

Toby is a former professional Bodyboarder who has travelled the world in search on the perfect wave but fell in love with Bawley Point. Living & working at Sydney he'll take off to Bawley point for a day trip or preferably a weekend away.

Chloe is an acupuncturist who specialises in Fertility at her Clinic on Sydney's Northern Beaches. She loves nothing more than walks, cooking, styling & designing homes in her spare time.

Together they make an awesome team who took inspiration from their favourite holiday destinations to create Bawleys Sands' unique character.

We instantly fell in love with the property. A mix between country & beach it was asking to be done up & transformed. We took the best elements & added our our taste for the ultimate holiday experience. Every corner has been renovated & updated with modern style & luxuries, while retaining the charming character which drew us to this place.

The interior has enough space & warmth for the winter months while the exterior outdoor area's are great any time of year & triple the living space.

All area's are easily accessible on this single level house & flat block catch great light with plenty of privacy from the huge grevillea's.

We hope you love this place as much as we did creating.
