We Thank Tom for his review, we do not have a TV in the living room as shown on our pictures. We do have a large TV in the bedroom for guests to enjoy.

Apartment is located close to downtown Hollywood off a street with moderate traffic at all hours. The management company is responsive and has adequate staff on hand to address issues timely - handyman, appliance techs, etc. The unit itself had many issues while we were there broken bed, broken microwave, broken a/c (4 days), leaking faucet, etc. It appears that they do a quick clean in between guests, but do not deep clean (dirty dishes, floors, dead ants on windowsills) nor do they do regular maintenance on systems. The furniture/decor in the apartment has changed from the photos affecting the aesthetic of the apartment - dining chairs are gray, missing coffee table, etc. The unit does not get as much natural light as shown in the photos either. We had a okay stay, but experienced too many issues to provide a higher rating.

We took your report seriously: repairs for the bed, microwave, and faucet were prioritized and the A/C was serviced as soon as possible. I also apologize for the cleaning lapses; we’ve reinforced our deep-clean checklist, increased spot‑checks between guests, and scheduled additional pest-control visits. We’re updating the listing photos and description to reflect the current furnishings and to set clearer expectations about natural light. Very nice loved the modern decor and was a quite area when we were there.

Extremely easy to deal with management, would recommend and stay in the future.
