We enjoyed the house. We had a TV that wasn’t working and they had it fixed the same day, showing us what they did. The kitchen was nice but needed better frying pans. The pool was nice and heated just right. We would definitely stay at the house again.

Check in was easy and we were looking forward to this trip at this house we booked for the weekend. Upon arrival , the house was dirty. All the fans and corners had cob webs , there was ants and flying ants , the floor in by the dinning tables is peeling up and drags throughout the house. The ac feels like it doesn’t work in the rooms making it hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The lights in the master bedroom bathroom flicker when they are on. There was dead roaches in the garage and dried up food on the couch and the table in the living room. The pool was okay but needs to also be redone as it’s very patchy and killed the bottom of our feet. Overall we were not very as happy with this stay.

Thank you for your feedback. We want future guests to feel confident that what they see in our listing is an accurate reflection of the home. The photos are current and intended to set clear expectations, so guests can choose a property that fits their needs and preferences. During your stay, the only concern brought to our attention was a slow draining tub. Our team responded right away and arranged for service, and the issue was resolved promptly. This is the level of care and responsiveness we aim to provide for every guest. We did not receive any report regarding the pool during your stay. If we had, we would have addressed it with the same urgency. We rely on guest communication during the stay so we can step in quickly and ensure everything is in proper condition. We take pride in both maintaining the home and supporting our guests throughout their stay. Our goal is always to provide a well-kept property and a responsive team that is ready to help whenever needed.

Great vacation getaway

We enjoyed our stay! It was very conveniently located, close to everything! The pool area was great for the kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms had lots of space. We loved the layout of the home. They were very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night to our stay. No complaints!

A Month Stay

Family enjoyed the property. The location just around the corner to the best Tiki bar and General store on the property. Location of so many things to do in the area around Windsor Palms. So happy with everything I booked for a month stay in 2025. A very friendly and secure place to vacation.

Private pool

The house was good, and clean. By far the best selling point was the private pool and the location. Bonus: We where able to watch fireworks from the bridge that enters the gated community, on the Forth of July.

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as the listing stated. My only complaint was one of the kids bedrooms looked like the bedding wasn’t changed so we did that ourselves. No big deal. I loved the fact that we could donate the unopened food that we weren’t able to use instead of throwing it out.

This rental was not as clean or modern as other rentals in Windsor Palms. The unit looked well used. We had a couple of issues (dirty sheets, handle fell off toilet) which were resolved by the end of the day. The bedrooms do not have dressers for your clothing, which I felt were needed. Check-in instructions were sent beforehand and were very helpful for a smooth check-in.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the check-in process was smooth and that our team was able to resolve the issues you encountered the same day. That said, we truly apologize for the concerns regarding cleanliness and the overall condition of the unit. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have already been passed along to our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review. We also appreciate your note about dressers in the bedrooms. We’re currently evaluating updates to the space, and suggestions like yours help us prioritize improvements that make stays more comfortable. Thank you again for your stay and for helping us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience in the future.

Not terrible.

Location was great and booking was super simple. House was very dirty though. There was someone in every room. 3 of the 4 bed we had to rewash sheets because there was hair on the bed sheets and pillows. There was also a dead cockroach in the shower. The guest bathroom had what looked like tooth paste in the sink from the previous renters and hair/urine on the toilet. We had to clean before we could really use the house.

Mrs

Good size and location however property overpriced for the condition. Lots of wear and tear and in general was dated and in need of redecoration. Felt rather grubby when we arrived and not as clean as we would have expected. Pool and deck covered in Algee looked like not cleaned in a long time awning torn and Algee covered as were the padded sun loungers

Good stay despite hurricane Milton

Good little house, a bit dated in parts but overall good experience. The bad (and there was only one thing)The house keeping left a lot to be desired on check in - some parts of the house looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months. I only wish I took a picture of the mound of human hair between the primary bedroom bed frame and mattress. The rest of the stay was good. Neighborhood was beautiful, - pool was clean, enough good quality pots and pans in the kitchen to cook with.My family and I very much enjoyed this place and would stay again.Hurricane Milton went overhead during our stay - lost power for 32 hours so had to resort to my own generator. The property manager unfortunately couldn’t help at all with anything so we were on our own.
