Memorable stay at the Treehouse

We found the Treehouse to be a fantastic place for two families to stay. The place was very clean and well maintained, with lots of amenities to help make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Our host Hilary was extremely responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend the Treehouse for a family friendly property conveniently located near the lake.

The Magardechian family was very impressed.

We came into the house in awh. We were so pleased with the level of cleanliness, warmth, and uniqueness of the home. People would pass us by when we were outside and compliment us on the "cuteness" and "architecture" of the house. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend anyone looking for a 10 person cabin to definitely take up this offer fast!!

Fabulous Stay

Absolutely fabulous. The owner was so great and was extremely fast at responding. The house was beautiful and very well stocked. We got a ton of snow and the kids were able to sled around the neighborhood. The owner checked on us because it was really unprecedented amount of snow and they were very concerned and so extremely accomidating and heelpful. We will be back!

Had a great Thanksgiving!

Host was lovely and communicated well. The home was very nice, well heated (important for this time of year!). The lower level was chilly but there was a space heater. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware and knives. Living room was comfy with large sofa and huge TV! Home was very clean. Bedrooms were lovely - especially the master! A few things to note for owners:A burned out bulb in kitchen over sink and on wall going down to lower level. We tried to find extra bulbs but couldn't.Towels should be stocked in all bathrooms.Wine fridge in kitchen was not turned on/functional so didn't use it. There were plenty of trash bags but only found one roll of paper towels. All in all it was a great place to stay, items mentioned above were minor inconveniences. Would stay here again!

Clean and Modern!

Great cabin, super clean and very comfortable. My son is highly allergic to animals and I always keep my fingers crossed when rentals say “no animals” that they really are pet free homes…this one was perfect. He had zero issues with his allergies so we were thrilled! Entry was super easy and everything was in perfect working order.

Perfect Cabin

Absolutely perfect cabin. Open floor plan. Place has everything you need. Good mattresses. Play room. Big deck. Easy access. Trails nearby. Hosts are communicative and easy to work with. Look forward to coming again.

Idyllic Mountain Escape

Gorgeous cabin amongst beautiful trees at Lake Arrowhead. We lucked out and got snow and had an amazing time playing outside and cozying up inside.

Beautiful and Clean House

It's so nice to find a house that looks just like the photos! And the owners were very responsive. The positive: The house felt very clean, new and updated. The kids loved the downstairs bedroom and game room (although ours were a little young to use the pool table). The master bedroom is on the top floor (3 levels) and is it's own little sanctuary. There are toiletries if you forget yours. Plenty of pots and pans and anything you need for cooking. The owners are very responsive. Overall, a really lovely home we would love to come back to. The negative: I'm not blaming the owners for this but it was just kind of a bummer. We showed up at 7pm when it was already dark and our door code didn't work. Apparently the power had gone out along with the wifi, so we were locked out. My phone didn't have any reception up there, either. The owner was able to unlock the door remotely and that's when we realized none of the lights were working. So we spent the first hour of the trip troubleshooting and trying to get the power and wifi working. We were only there 2 nights (would have loved to stay longer!) but the heater didn't work until the end of the second day. Luckily it wasn't freezing outside but the master got really cold which made it hard to sleep. I would absolutely recommend this house to a friend, and we hope to go back in the near future!

Fun family gathering

First off Hilary is a sweet lady. So helpful and answered right away. The house was perfect as described. So clean and the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was great for preparing big meals. Everything you need! We love the view on the deck that feels like your in the middle of a forest. We loved it and we hope to come back again soon. Love to go in the fall. Highly reccomend.

Modern and extremely clean

We celebrated the New Year’s holiday in this lovely lake arrowhead cabin. As advertised the home is extremely clean and they did an outstanding job with the remodel decore. Beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked The three car driveway and very easy access into the home was a plus. The only downside is managing the trash as the home only has one trashcan and with the New Year’s holiday the local dump was closed making it very difficult for us to store our trash over 4 days.

Beautiful house, great location

We visited with another family and their kids. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The house even had kids games and toys. Loved the fireplace and well appointed kitchen. Owners were easy to reach when we had questions. Thank you for a great stay!

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING

This home has to be by far the nicest, most spacious and cleanest home I have stayed at on vacation. The high ceilings, open floor plan and amazing view was out of a movie. I will definitely recommend this home to future guests and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Awful experience. Horrible neighborhood.

We stayed here from 3/30/18-4/01/18 and it was the worst experience ever. First of all, there was a working camera in the living room and the house owner blamed it on the “cleaning lady”. The neighbors are the worst. They complained about the noise at 5:30pm (we were sitting on the deck talking!). Next morning at 7:30am we heard some banging on the door, we opened and there was someone from the city telling us we had a noise complaint again and they will comeback at 10. They did but just gave us a warning. We were required to wash all the towels we had used, cleaned the whole house and wash all the dishes before we checked out, yet we paid for a cleaning fee. The house was not bad, had a pretty decent sized deck but we couldnt really use it due to horrible neighbors. The driveway is for no moere than 3 cars so if you have a fourth car you have to park it about a mile away.

Lake Arrowhead has very strict regulations for quiet hours as well as the number of cars allowed on the property, which we inform guests of in the informational email they receive before their stay. The camera located in the living room is not operational and the owner is removing it entirely to alleviate any concerns. We apologize for any confusion regarding the check-out instructions - we follow the vacation rental industry standard by requesting a few small tasks are completed, but will never ask our guests to perform the duties of a professional cleaning crew. Great but....

The property was just as described. Immaculately kept and very comfortable. They did a great job marrying rustic and modern. Nicely decorated living, kitchen and bathrooms. It was also well stocked with cooking supplies and all modern appliances. We had a party of 10 adults and there was just enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the short drive to the Village, where we admired the beautiful lake and the charming shops. Propert manager was easily contacted by email or text, and answered all the questions we had. Be sure to pack ear plugs, ceilings are high and we could hear Everything in master bedroom and also, the lower bedroom has no door. Our only real complaint was after having paid $150 for cleaning fee, we also had to strip our beds and take all our own trash home with us because the dump was closed on the day we left and we couldn't leave it for the cleaning crew, who most likely would have come the very next day. Overall a really great place to stay, and would recommend.
