Perfect Place

Great home!

Very cute & cozy home. Had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The only issue we had was we couldn't find the local channels, none of us have Roku tv so weren't familiar with how to operate it. Very nice & quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located close to restaurants & shopping.located

Weekend away

Great place. Clean, nice and cozy. Excellent communication with owner. Only thing I’d change is maybe another comfy chair, like a glider rocker, in both living/family room (not enough seating for 5 people) and a mirror in the twin bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect home away from home!

The house was perfect for our Sioux Falls visit! Everything you need for a very comfortable stay, was provided. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and garage parking a plus. We will definitely book again. Thanks for a great experience!

Beautiful Home and Host

We love staying in this home! This was our second time staying here. It is so clean and a great place to relax after our long 6 hour drive. We come to Sioux Falls often as our son attends college here. Thank you for being a great host!

Wonderful place to stay

Great little place

We were very pleased with everything! Very clean, furnishings are updated, great location, and we also enjoyed breakfast on the deck in the backyard. Everything you need is included. Highly recommend!!

Cute, comfortable home

This home was extremely clean, well supplied, comfortable, and close to restaurants and shopping. We usually stay in hotels in Sioux Falls, but this will be our new preferred place to stay.

Wonderful time in Sioux Falls

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described, super clean, and very comfortable. It also served as a convenient spot to get to destinations around SF. Communications were great and checkin/checkout were easy. Would definitely come again if in the area.

Great stay in a great location

Kevin has been a successful Electrical Contractor in Sioux Falls since 2008. Tammy manages the bookwork for his company K&T Electric Inc. while working at Wells Fargo Bank. Kevin and Tammy enjoy spending time with their family biking, hiking and being outdoors. The two of them just ventured into the world of property rental and look forward to working with you!

This property was our first home. We have finally outgrown it but decided we didn't want to let it go. We want to open it up and share it with everyone else. Please come and stay and enjoy the space. We enjoyed the neighborhood close to great schools and close proximity to shopping and restaurants in town. The house is in a great location close to parks and bike trails.
