Family Stay for a Local Basketball Tournament

This property was very well maintained, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was very easy to communicate with the host, and she answered our questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property. One of the best places/properties our family has stayed in.

Mom's Relaxing Weekend Away

The space was very clean, just as described in the listing, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, games, and fireplace. Sherri was very responsive when I reached out. However, it's worth noting that this rental is located in the basement of the owner's home, whereas the listing gave the impression of having the "Entire House." Additionally, there were several dogs upstairs, which may be a consideration for some guests.

Private Retreat

This place was so amazing. My husband and I stayed for one night on our way back from our road trip honeymoon. I wish we could have spent more time, it was so nice and very peaceful.

Great place

We loved the VRBO place. We had a little difficulty finding it. Once we found it, we were very impressed with the comfort and decor. It was quiet and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this piece of paradise to all.

Awesome VRBO, great amenities!

We stayed here with our two young kids. This place was great for our family. So many things to do at the vrbo to keep us busy. I’ve stayed in many vrbo rentals, this was by far the best one. Property was very clean, fully stocked with extra supplies, and the owner was great with communication. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area. Thank you!

Lovely Place to Stay!

Sherri was very wonderful and the stay was great. We had a family baptism and a few family members came over for breakfast. The kitchen has all the essentials and more and everything is well prepared for a stay. The patio’s are lovely and the hot tub is private with beautiful lights. We felt right at home and enjoyed the open floor plan. Plenty of natural light and the decor and fixtures are lovely. Highly recommend!

MN Moms Weekend

We booked this place very quickly for a mom’s weekend and didn’t catch that it was in the basement of someone’s house. However that didn’t bother us as the hosts were very courteous and quiet the whole time which made for a relaxing weekend for us moms (sans kids). The hot tub was perfect and we had a great time overall refreshing and relaxing.

My name is Sherri and I live upstairs with my husband and my daughter. We have friendly dogs as well. We built our home in 2018 and finished the basement in Nov '19. We've lived in Sioux Falls for over 30 years and are happy to suggest favorite local pubs, restaurants, activities.

Our property provides a great family friendly gathering place. This is truly a home away from home with additional fun amenities. I take pride in our home ensuring everything is clean and tidy. I've attempted to "stock" the home with everything you'll need during your stay. Because our unit provides 2000 sq feet, there's enough room to stretch out your legs, hang out with your family and friends and enjoy your "get-away".

The huge benefit to staying in our place versus a hotel Is the ability to have several gathering places, access to cook your own meals vs eating out which can add up fast! Another big benefit is the ability to put the little ones to bed, and then hang out in the living room, game area or hot tub. You can't do that in a hotel room!
