The view! This is a corner property that overlooks a couple of houses so you can see the sunset from the balcony. It was me and my best friend and we had everything- frying pan and toaster for breakfast, a few containers for food, every small kitchen appliance you can imagine, blow dryer, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella (which was broke so we rented from the beach). One thing we needed was a fan in the living room - we’re older ladies and it took a while to cool off after walking up from the beach.

Relaxing Stay

Regency Towers is a great place with so many amenities. Staff was friendly, and we had a very relaxing time. The unit is gulf front on the west end, perfect views.

Comfortable apartment right on the beach

One bedroom, two full bath, comfortable apartment with beachy decor. Great location with great sunset views right on the beach. Active facility for mature tenants.

Great Condo

The Condo was perfect. Loved that it was on the end and close to the stairwell. The property was clean and everyone was so kind and helpful. Kids loved the pool and snack bar. Great beach access and not to crowded.

Wedding prep

The condo was perfect. Reviews from the balcony were magnificent we were able to see marine life and multiple types of birds. The only thing that was not perfect was the bed it was very uncomfortable. We would stay again!

The pool was clean. I was very disappointed with the unit being on the end. We like to have a room towards the middle section of the condos. The room itself had great furniture & was very spacious. But it wasn’t totally clean dust webs everywhere consisting from not just in corners but up & down the walls themselves. The main bathroom didn’t drain correctly took forever for water to drain while showering. Both toilets were so low/short. You literally felt as if you were going to fall before you got to sit on sit. It would be great for small children to get on & off on. But when you’re older & I have a disease it was very difficult & irritating. The picture as far as the view from the balcony & the number of the room makes you think you are not the last room on the end. We were totally disappointed with that setup because for one we didn’t really see a front goo view of the property! We got the very end of property & mostly view of two homes that were beach front rentals I presume. Plus, there was no wall for sound barrier on the end so therefore all we heard everyday was construction that was going off with homes being built next to co do property. So you couldn’t enjoy sitting & relaxing on balcony except before 7:00 AM. That’s when construction started. And we were not notified until the day before we were to leave that construction would be starting on our condo property. Now they said the construction wasn’t suppose to start until after we had left. But It started early!

Nice condo. Challenging parking situation. Very dated stairs and elevators.There was a used condom in the drawer of the bedside table. The bathroom drawers and undersink area could have been cleaner The view was as described and the kitchen was nice. You should warn people not too open the patio door and the hallway door at the same time. The bedside drawer almost ruined the trip.

Short stay but fun!

This property was just what we were looking for. Perfect for viewing the sunsets. The bed was very comfortable. This unit was very clean. I wish it had a Keurig. However, itdid have a coffee pot. Overall we had a great stay!
