Great apartment and location

We travelled to Quebec with two older teens and had a terrific stay. It’s easy to walk to Old Quebec and Rue St Joseph (groceries, library, great restaurants) from the apartment. The place had everything we needed and some great bonus items (records and a record player!) Dave was informative and friendly. We’d definitely recommend!

Perfect for a short break

A good place to stay for a short break - handy area close to restaurants etc and easy walking distance to the old town. Would have to feel comfortable with an open plan type bathroom if a bigger group were staying. Great facilities in kitchen/and clothes wash machine etc

Quick in Quebec

We had an amazing two nights in Quebec. This location was perfect for walking around the old and newer parts of the city. David was an amazing host and gave us great information. The space was perfect for the 4 of us on a short therm :) we will definitely be back!

wedding anniversary

Dave was a wonderful host. He meet us in front of his building. He took us upstairs and explained everyting we might need to know.The apartment was clean, open and nicely decorated. Going back downstairs and out on the street, he helped us with our luggage and offered us his parking spot. Dave showed up the next morning with a gift for our anniversary. Very nice place and a very nice man. His English was as good as his French. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Très bon sejour

Appartement propre et spacieux, lumineux, très bien situé proche de tous, très bien équipé ne manque de rien. Parking à proximité si plus de place devant l’appartement . Arrêt de bus proche . Merci à Dave et Clara pour leur accueil et leur aide pour organiser mon voyage, leurs réactivités. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec mes enfants. N’hésitez pas à passer votre séjour ici.

Amazing Hospitality!

Dave and Clara were absolutely amazing! Dave gave me a walk through of the apartment and provided so much helpful information including restaurants! I think this was honestly the best experience I’ve had with a short term rental in a while. We will be back!

Great host

Dave was a great host who took the time to give us ideas about where to visit. He even called us when my mom left her purse in the condo. He was a very honest, kind person who was available by phone when we needed assistance at all times. We felt a little insecure about the first door with the bolted lock. When we locked it, someone from outside can easily open it even when locked. The outside door was the only locked door that actually locked. We were happy overall.

Excellent amenities

The apartment was cool and comfortable in summer. It had all the items we needed for our stay and we able to find parking easily nearby. The host Dave met us upon arrival and helped us plan our stay as well as showing us the apartment and anything we needed to know. Very professional and would stay there again.

Bel appartement, bien situé

Communication facile avec les propriétaires qui sont très accueillants. Appartement lumineux,propre, moderne et tout équipé !il est également bien situé (proche du centre-ville et des magasins sans être dans un coin achalandé) . Il est exactement comme sur les photos...je le recommande et le louerai encore pour un prochain voyage à Québec!

Very good

Noting exceptional, but clean and quiet. Walking distance from the Old town. Friendly and helpful property manager. Parking on the street could be a challenge but there is a reasonably priced 24 hrs underground parking nearby.
