Only 10% of homes in Big Bear have AC. This home just so happens to be one of the homes that do not have it. We do list this in the description of the home. What we do recommend, due to the majority of the homes not having AC, is opening the windows at night, as well as turning on the ceiling fans, and some of the box fans in homes. The city of Big Bear Lake does not pick up trash from vacation rentals, due to the trash possibly sitting out for days, and being accessible to some of the critters we have up here. We do notify this upon check-in when accepting the terms and agreements, arrival instructions, and in the home rules as well as the dishes. Kind Regards, Destination Big Bear

Unfortunately due to the comfort of the beds being an individual personal preference, this is something that is difficult for us to match. We do our best to accommodate everyone and their preferences by purchasing neutral, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, only 10% of homes in Big Bear have AC.
