Our unit is around 2700/sq feet and the entire unit has been completely updated. The unit has a great layout with 2 of the 3 bedrooms having a great gulf view and a wonderful and very large screened in lanai with a million dollar view. The master bedroom has a king size bed and HD TV hung on the wall. The second bedroom has a king size bed as well and bathroom within. The third bedroom has a small desk area in addition to full size bunk beds with an additional trundle bed. The family room is equipped with a 55 inch HD TV and the unit has a very large dining room and amazing completely renovated kitchen. The unit also has a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.
