Bristol（B）Towerの203号室には、趣味の良い内装のベッドルーム3室とバスルーム3室があります。 リビングルームは、クリーム色の革張りのソファとリクライニングチェアの上に沢山の座席があり、居心地の良い椅子が置かれています。 ダイニングテーブルは6席、朝食バーは3席、合計9席です。 このユニットは必要に応じて10名様で宿泊可能です。ベッドルームに8、リビングルームのソファーベッドに2。 マスターには専用バスルーム付きのキングサイズベッドが備わっています。 マスターバスルームには、洗面化粧台、ウォークインクローゼット、大きな庭の浴槽とシャワー、トイレがあります。 2つ目のベッドルームには、スタンドアップシャワーと洗面化粧���付きのシン���が自慢の、キングサイズベッド1台と専用バスルームの入り口があります。 3つ目のベッドルームには、ツインベッド2台（=ツインベッド4台）と、子供用の海のような明るい青い壁があります。 二段ベッドルームには、シャワー付き浴槽と化粧台付きシンクが付いた専用バスルームもあります。

The condo appeared not have been cleaned. We had to sweep to even walk barefoot and piles of food and sand were present inside the condo. The balcony had significant piles of debris, dirt and hair that we swept up in order to even sit there, as well as flooring that needed to be mopped. We had to wash our sheets to sleep on them. Towels were stained. Furniture, particularly the balcony, was old and needed updating. Area rugs were worn out and need to be thrown in trash. Limited dishes but that wasn't a problem for us. I question whether the cleaning crew is even cleaning at all. Space was as expected. We have stayed at Beach Club 30 times and this was not up to the usual Beach Club standards. Positives: easy check in and nothing malfunctioned.

The unit was adequate with enough space for our group. We found it to be dirty...floor not mopped between parties, just swept...cobwebs...deferred maintenance...so that was disappointing. The unit served our needs...being closer to the bottom floor was nice. I was sad to see how far downhill The Beach Club has gone since our last stay pre-Covid. Not sure we will go again but it we do I'm not sure we will stay at The Beach Club anymore.

We had an amazing time! The condo is in the perfect location overlooking the courtyard and beach. The Beach uh was so fun! You can go to the clubhouse and purchase red wristbands for an extra cost so you can use the indoor pool and gym, and participate in kids crafts (like make your own shark tooth necklace, make your own turtle stuffie or tye dye shirt). They also had a huge Easter activity for the kiddos. We had one issue when we first got there and the property manager responded immediately and was there within thirty minutes even though it was Easter weekend. There were no wine glasses though, and the two front rooms have a lot of lights from the hall (one room has no curtains) so I'd bring a black out shade if you have kids. We will definitely book this property again.

Property is in need of updating. Yes, the bathrooms have been remodeled however, the entire place needs a new paint job. Very dingy, so many scuffs on walls and the baseboards. The kitchen cabinets under the sink are barely hanging on. The anrtwork and the decor in the dining room needs attention, one of the candle holder is in the primary closet closet. The mattress on the sofa bed is disgusting and I don’t think that it has been vacuumed in a very long . The living room furniture is very old and outdated, there’s a TV cabinet with a stereo/CD player that doesn’t work. It’s a lot of space to be taken up for something that doesn’t work. The rugs on the balcony need to be thrown away. They’re dry rotted, old, and disgusting. They were thrown behind the sofa, when I shook them out, roaches crawled out. Why weren’t they put in front of the doors to begin with?I guess the most disappointing part was that I called immediately to have the broken ladder fixed on one of the bunk beds. my eight year-old nieces could not get on the top bunk without assistance. I also called about the OLD lamps in primary room, one flicker and the other lamp doesn’t work. The dishwasher door falls open so hard. Scraped/ bruised my shin and my 80 year-old mother’s Shin. The freezer leaks water. No one ever came to see about these maintenance issues. The view was great! The facilities were very nice! Love the beach there!!

We addressed these minor items immediately following your departure with maintenance and housekeeping. The stereo was in working order when we inspected the unit following your departure. The dishwasher had a simple adjustment to keep the door from falling so quickly when opened. The walls and baseboards have been refreshed with fresh paint. The balcony mats were removed and the palmetto bugs, not roaches, are seasonal in our area and climate. We want to ensure all guests that this property is well maintained, cared for, and cleaned properly for all guests. If anyone has questions regarding this review then please reach out to us. Perfect for family vacation on the beach

We loved our stay- there was plenty of room! the view from the living room and bedroom was amazing! We only wish the days were a but warmer so we could have enjoyed the pools and beach more! It was a bit cold this time of year! But We know better for nexttime! Would definitely stay again in the future! Price and view and fit for our family was perfect! And the response from the resort with any questions we had was quick!

It would have been nice if there was mention of the construction that is underway on the condos. Apparently, it has been going on for months and may continue for a while longer.

The condo was nice but somewhat dirty when we arrived. Mainly dirty floors. The kitchen lacked some basic needs. However our biggest disappointment was the inability to use our balcony ALL week. There was construction going on and a man appeared on our balcony every morning before 8 am and put a board across our sliding doors which prevented use of balcony. I’m sure this was a safety issue but we were not ever fore warned or notified of this.

Love The Beach Club but this unit was not the best

We have stayed at The Beach Club a bunch of times. We love the place. This unit was dirty from the moment we stepped in the room. There was sand all over the floor when we got there and never could get it up as well as we had black feet the entire time. The dishes were in the cabinets dirty and there were not enough utensils for a condo that sleeps 10. There were also NO wine glasses. There was dust on so many things and the master tub does not hold water, just continually drains. We will for sure pick another unit next time. But it is so nice to be on the second floor.

Annual family vacay

Great complex, condo overall good, 3rd bunk room too small for 2 sets of bunk beds that we had to sleep 2 adults and 2 kids with most of their luggage in the hall. We received a call 20 minutes before check in saying 3rd bathroom had a leak into the condo below, if we used that bathroom ALL water in condo would be shut off. It took 28 hours for that leak to be repaired. So 2 days coming in from beach, 10 people had to use other 2 showers. Dishwasher had dirty dishes, balcony area was filthy, had not been cleaned and lots of sand inside floors. Cleaning crew must have not been inspected. Skillets need to be replaced ,

Unit B203 was very clean and had everything we needed. My only issue was with the added 199 VRBO fee that was added on during the checkout process that was not clear to me. It was not part of the initial quote. Very disappointed.

Condo was dirty. Bedroom door was taped together at the bottom so it didn't fall apart, laundry door fell off the track and couldn't get it back on, and the bunk bed ladder was missing a part so it would wobble anytime you tried to use it. Beware that if you want to use the main clubhouse pool or the gym, you will have to pay an additional 50 per day! We were not aware that wasn't included in staying at The Beach Club and were disappointed about being nickel and dimed every which way. Best part was the rental chair guys on the beach. Extremely helpful and kind.

Excellent stay in Ft Morgan

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a large building but the elevators are fast and the only time we had to wait was during check out. The kitchen is well stocked except for the cutlery. Not nearly enough forks and spoons for a condo that sleeps 10. The beds in the king rooms are great, but the bunks are best suited to younger/smaller kids as the mattresses are on the flimsy side. Fine for a young child but our 12, and 13 year olds all complained. I would recommend bringing meals, as there are not many restaurants nearby and not one of them would take a reservation. Sassy Bass was our favorite. I would definitely stay here again, it’s nice to be off the beaten path and the property is really well cared for along with a fabulous view!

Enjoyable

Make sure to bring plastic forks, spoons, etc.! There were only 7 or 8 forks & spoons in the silverware drawer.......we had to wash them several times a day and we only found 2 dish towels.

Appliance Issues

My family and I stayed in this unit for 5 days with no working dryer. According to the management company it is a new washer/ dryer unit that was installed the week before we stayed there. I contacted the management company multiple times and left messages as well. I did speak to someone at the management company but they were unable to have the issue with the dryer fixed during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we are planning to go right back. The kids had plenty to do at the resort and it is a family friendly spot.

Spring Break Retreat

My family stayed at this condo for our spring break. The condo was very nice and updated. The resort is under construction so most of the amenities were not available, but looked as if they were preparing to open for the summer.
