Wonderful Stay!

We loved staying at River Run! Very comfortable beds, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of room and the basement was a big hit with my son and his friends. Great location- 10 mins to the slopes! Will absolutely return!

Wonderful Stay!

Amazing stay

We had a great time with family and friends. The house was spotless, comfortable, tasteful and had everything we needed for a great stay. The mountain is very close and we had a fabulous time, will definitely be back!

Great stay and ski

We love Kelly’s house. This is our second year visiting. It is very close to the mountain and has amazing amenities. Kelly is a wonderful host, very responsive and attentive. We will be back next year, it has become a tradition!

Beautiful Modern Interior with Everything You Could Want

This is a very large spacious home with both and upstairs and downstairs kitchen and lots of fun little games, etc for après. Incredible open spaces and very comfortable beds and linens. Highly recommend!

Great location for Sunday River skiing

Fantastic house and only 5 minutes to Sunday River skiing and the restaurants. The house is well laid out and the open kitchen concept worked out well for my family. Plenty of bedrooms and the downstairs entertainment area was great. The ping pong table was a hit.

Perfect Ski Getaway

House is very well maintained and was perfect for two families. It was a short drive to skiing at Sunday River and hiking at Mt Will was a 2 min drive. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances /utensils. The basement was the perfect hangout area for the kids with an air hockey/ping pong table and xbox. Overall a great stay!

Awesome Ski Get Away

We loved Kelly's property. It was very clean, the attention to detail is impressive (winter themed bed sheets, nightlights, cozy blankets). Kids loved the ping pong, air hockey and x-box. Within 10 minutes to Sunday River. Owner is very easy to reach and has a very helpful welcome folder. We hope to be back in the near future!

Wonderful Maine house, a true hidden gem!!

Kelly’s house is one of the best we’ve ever rented. Conveniently located on a quiet, forested area close to Sunday River Resort, this property is a hidden gem. Very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. It has everything one would need to cook or enjoy time outside. The nice fireplace inside and fire pit area were great additions. There was plenty of room for a group of 8: 4 adults, 2 teenagers and one set of grandparents; there was plenty of room to spread out and fun things to do; there is a wet bar, nice living area and play room downstairs with a walk out door. The house is literally brand new, we could still smell the nice sent of fresh wood, and very nicely compartmented with a very nice cozy atmosphere. Kelly is a wonderful host, very kind and warm, she wanted to make sure we had the best time while renting her place. We highly recommend this Maine home away from home. Thank you!! Will definitely come back!!

Absolutely Perfect!

We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO’s and they’ve been great but this house was the best by far! I appreciated the communication I received with the homeowner and how she explained particular’s with the house, the check-in and over all basics. It was great knowing she was only a test message away. The house is gorgeous and immaculate. We had 4 adults, 2 teen boys and my 9 year old daughter and there was more than enough room for us all and then some! We were there for a ski event at Sunday River (which is only minutes away) and we had the best get-a-way! Thank you so much!

Excellent Experience

The house was perfectly situated about 5 minutes from Sunday River. The house was as expected with lots of amenities from kitchen items to things for the kids to do after we finished up our day on the slopes. This home is a perfect blend of that ski cabin feel with a modern appeal. The communication with Kelly was great and quick. I’d recommend anyone to stay here on their next trip to Maine.

Perfect ski getaway

This property is great! Clean, comfortable, perfectly situated for skiing, and big enough for two families to have plenty of space. Kelly made everything easy and was available for a few questions that arose during our trip. We will definitely book again if back in the area.

Great 2 days of skiing!

Everything about the house and stay were perfect! We all commented on what a perfect locations for the value of what we paid for the stay and being so close to Sunday River. The kids were even impressed with the house (the fact that they even made a comment to this was impressive!). Definitely will be on our list for future trips winter or summer. We also all commented how the decor of the house was just perfect - well thought out and fit to match what the great state of Maine has to offer. And Kelly was a great host - thank you for providing such a great home for us to take part in! Chris and family.

Amazing property with a great location.

Spent a weekend here with some friends and couldn’t have had a better experience! The house is very nice and can comfortably fit large groups of people. Only a short (5 minute ride) to amazing skiing and activities at Sunday River. The owner, Kelly, was super friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely plan on coming back to stay in the future.

A great place for a large group

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house for our weekend ski trip at Sunday River! This brand new house, which is tastefully renovated and decorated, is only 10 minutes away from Sunday River. The kitchen is equipped with good quality cooking supplies, dishes and utensils. There are a lot of entertainment on the lower floor for a separate hangout place. The owner Kelly is very friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this place.
