私たちの新しい家の屋根の下に建てられた自炊式のゲスト1ベッドルームアパートメントに滞在してください。 独立したエントリーとプライベートバーベキュー設備付きの屋外エリアがあります。 料金は1泊あたり70ドルです。 5歳以上のお子様は追加料金20ドル（5歳未満のお子様はお勧めできません）
 
アパートメントは、ダイニングとシッティングエリア、HDテレビ、DVD、WI-FIなどのスタイルで完全に家具が置かれています。

隣接する簡易キッチンエリアには、冷蔵庫、基本的な調理設備、HP、MW、オーブン、サンドイッチメーカー、電動ジャグ、トースターが備わっています。

Natalia and Derek were wonderful host. This was a beutiful unit within close proximity to shop and beach. Bed was very firm. Had everything we needed. It was quiet and very comfortable.

My Stay In Kallaroo

The host, Natalia, was extremely helpful and made me very welcome. The apartment had everything required for a great holiday. It was a short walk to a pristine beach and local bus services. Will certainly stay again next time I am over from the UK.

Quiet Area and Brilliant host!

We needed a short term rental for 4 weeks and from the time we arrived our host Natalia was so helpful and considerate, we immediately felt at ease. The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac and very quiet which was awesome. Apartment was super clean and our host went out of her way to make us feel very comfortable. Thank you Natalia and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for short term rental.

Beautiful property within walking distance to the beach as advertised. Has everything you need. Ceiling fan in bedroom and stand up fan in living room were fab as we had to request air con. We were in Oz during 30 degree summer heat and as the air con was controlled by the owner in the main house, we were unable to keep it on, or adjust temperature and power levels. Would be absolutely perfect otherwise.

Absolutely Brilliant!

Natalia and Derek are absolutely delightful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. The apartment is immaculate, very quiet and very well appointed. It is only a short walk to the beach and shops in a beautiful neighbourhood. They have made me feel like a member of the family and I will miss them when I leave. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing Stay!

Natalia & Derek are very helpful and accommodating. They are both delightful and made us feel very comfortable. Great place to stay, stylish & spotless; lovely neighbourhood. Private entrance & outside area where we parked our bicyles :-) 5 min cycle to Mullaloo beach, 6 mins to Westfield Whitford Shopping Mall. Natalina available via sms for anything and everything. A Lovely Retreat

This was our second visit to Northshore Retreat, we were very happy with the apartment when we stayed a couple of years ago and had no hesitation in staying again while we visited family in Perth. The apartment is very clean and the space is good for two people. The bed is very comfortable and the area is quiet so we slept well. Natalia and Derek are lovely people and are on hand if needed. We appreciated having milk, tea and a few other bits there on arrival. As previous reviewers have said, it is only a short walk to the beach, Whitfords shops are about a 20 minute walk and we were pleased on this second visit to find new restaurants there. To get to Whitfords railway station you need to get a bus, this is straightforward as there is a bus stop a short walk from the apartment. If we're visiting Perth again we would be more than happy to stay here a third time.

Wonderful

We were made to feel very welcome. Natalia insisted on doing our housework and changing all the linens and bedding every week. She left us supplies too! The bed was so comfortable, with heated blankets for the cold nights. Natalia was so helpful and accommodating, a very pleasurable stay. Apartment is an annex to the house but completely private and quiet. Everything you needed in a very spacious apartment. A 15 minute walk to the Westfield Whitfords shopping mall where you could get everything. You could take a bus if you didn't want to walk. At most a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach which led to Mullalloo beach which had cafes and restaurants and a pleasant walk back to the apartment. Going the other way you had Hillarys but you had to use transport, a bit too far to walk to. All on bus routes, too. We loved our stay, we were thoroughly comfortable. However, one of the settees was a bit tired, sitting in it rather than on it but this was a tiny negative. Natalia will be the perfect hostess and will do all she can to make your stay a memorable one. We can't thank you enough, Natalia. Best wishes to you.
