Beautiful condo! Size was wonderful and very quite complex. Check in was very smooth and easy. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. My only recommendation would be to update living room furniture as it is very worn out and not comfortable.

The condo needs an update, the furniture is old and broke down, the dryer door was broke but still able to dry clothes. The window blinds were broken in section. The toilets had urine rings. There was trash under the furniture but I did sweep before I left to help the cleaning person. Did go swimming but the complex needs to build a bigger pool.

Everything was just a little broken. The couches are terrible and peeling everywhere, the floor planks while just cosmetic are separating, the balcony has old wood and one plank is almost completely rotted through. The master bedroom door lock doesn’t work and has a small hole where it is hitting the wall, the ceiling fan squeaks, the dryer that the owners had sent a message that it was a “little” broken was completely off the hinges, no ice maker on the fridge with one ice cube tray, the beds have no cushion and basically just springs. Everything in the whole place is the bare basics and Cheaply made and falling apart. In the plus side the location is great, the pool is great, it was very clean and the communication was great! Over all not worth the cost.

This is one of our favorite condos we have ever stayed in! Everything was immaculate. Beds were comfortable. Location was perfect. We had everything we needed, which was so refreshing. We didn't need to go to the store for toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other things that sometimes are not available in condos. The host was easy to reach when we had a little snag at check-in. Wifi & A/C worked great as well. No complaints! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Branson! Highly recommend!!!

This room is advertised as a sleep 8. I hate to say. This is not a sleep 8. 1 king bed. 1 queen bed. And then bunk beds that are double beds. The host said the bunk beds hold 2 ppl each. I had 6 adults and 2 kids. Assuming this sleeps 8 because of the listing. Those bunk beds are not sturdy enough for 2 adults each. We also had an ant infestation the first night of our stays. Ants everywhereOverall. Very disappointed with the condo

Jim and group were great guests. They left our place clean, followed the house rules well and were easy to communicate with. Great stay!

This was the perfect apartment for our family of 5 for the weekend! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had the little extras provided like shampoo, coffee, etc.

Our stay

Our stay was very nice. Accommodation was clean and quiet. Location was close to all the places we wanted to see and the shows we wanted to attend. I would recommend it to others.

FANTASTIC Stay!

I would totally recommend this stay to anyone traveling in Branson. It was close to all the attractions and restaurants but far enough away that it had none of the noise or traffic. The beds were very comfortable! We had everything we needed and would stay there again! Very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

This property was not the best that I have stayed in but it was okay. I read that it had been recently remodeled so I was a little disappointed when I saw the carpet was worn in the bedrooms and the wood flooring was coming apart in some places. The leather couch was needing replaced. The leather was coming off and on one side felt like you were seating on the floor. The stairway leading to our condo was dirty. It needed swept and smelled old. The bunks beds were a little scary. It was a metal frame that squeaked every time you moved and it felt like it was going to fall apart. The washer and dryer were too big for the room so you cannot shut the door when doing laundry which is close to the living room. We were only there 3 nights so it wasn’t horrible but probably won’t choose this location again. I will say it was a very quiet location and the beds were comfortable.

Family vacation

We brought 6 of our teenagers for a short family vacation. There were plenty of items for our use. Dishes, pans, utensils and towels. The place was clean and in a quiet area.

Great place!

We stayed here for a couple of days while traveling, and had no issues locating the unit, parking, or entering. It was very suitable for our family of 5 (which includes 3 teenagers). It is close to Silver Dollar City, and we also found restaurants, gas stations, and retail stores close enough. We had a pleasant short stay, and did not experience any issues.

Clean and Comfortable

My 3 siblings and I found this place very comfortable for our 3 night stay. It was clean with welcoming decor and everything we needed for the entire stay. The only thing we noticed that we didn't like is that the unit is not very soundproof.

Great place to stay and relax

Our group included 3 adults and 4 children, ages 8-42. The condo was large enough for everyone to spread out and have downtime when needed. The location was close enough to the main strip, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. This unit was close enough to walk to the pool, but not directly by the pool. Overall it was a great place to stay and we are already planning our next trip.
