Perfect property for our group of 5 (2 parents, 3 adult children), spacious and lovely to hang out in - beautiful open plan living space and super cute deck garden. Great location with park/cafe at end of street and proximity to shops and transport but v quiet. Needed to contact host early in and had response and sorted in under 5mins! V handy having door code rather than key with all of us coming and going.

We stayed 2 nights and felt right at home. Place was very well stocked with books and various amenities. Location was ideal with lots of great cafes within comfortable walking distance. Would happily stay here again. Highly recommend

Everything about this property was clean, tidy and very welcoming. The Sav Blanc was delicious thank you - nowhere we ate offered sav blanc so it was lovely going home for a lovely drop of my favourite wine. Lovely doing business with you.Val

This was a wonderful place to stay for our family as we were attending a wedding at The Hall in Brunswick. The host was super accommodating in allowing us to check in early. The beds were very comfortable.

Lovely little house. Comfortable with a great location to hop a tram. Shops and restaurants also were quite close.

Great for family group

The location was excellent for us. Great neighbourhood for pubs, cafes and food. House was very comfortable for our family and we loved the little outdoor space.

Great place!

We were so happy with our stay here, the location was excellent with both a park at the end of the street and several great cafes within walking distance. The actual house was well equipped and very comfortable for everyone, down to the pillows not being flat pancakes!! Would absolutely recommend this place to families and small groups

Our host, Sue, was welcoming and accommodating. She responded to any questions, requests promptly. We love this property. It was our second stay. Clean, spacious, well equipped. The house is on a quiet side street but only a few blocks away from public transport, cafes, pubs, bars, grocery store, etc.

Excellent

This property suited our family group perfectly and we loved the location. So close to tram and bus routes and shops, bars, cafes, parks and restaurants round the corner. Would love to stay here again one day.
