Hello Megan, Thank you for your 5 Star review on Wangi Lakehouse. Weekenda

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us at Wangi Lakehouse. We're so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views of Lake Macquarie and the peaceful walking path right by the lake. It’s truly a special spot! We do, however, apologize for any inconvenience caused by the key code process and the cleaning issues you mentioned. We take all guest concerns seriously and have looked into your guest folio, but unfortunately, we did not receive any contact from you during your stay. Weekenda is available 24/7, and if the issues had been brought to our attention, we would have been more than happy to address them immediately. While we strive to ensure every guest has a flawless experience, we rely on feedback during the stay so we can take action to resolve anything that isn’t up to standard. We truly appreciate your input and will be sure to review our cleaning protocols to ensure that we meet the high standards we aim for. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience. Warm regards, The Team at Weekenda
