Great house for a bit group

We really enjoyed spending our Christmas at this house. It was big enough for us all. The pool was great for the kids and the property and location was beautiful.

Amazing

Such a beautiful place to stay we had two families and it was perfect. Clean, spacious inside and out. The kids loved the pool although a little cold this time of year for the adults it was amazing.

What a way to end the year!

We loved our stay at Elements! What a beautiful property! It has everything we needed for a thoroughly relaxing holiday - the pool, the beautiful house, well appointed kitchen and lots of space. Highly recommend this property!

Stunning House with lovely outlook

The house appears to be in a suburban location, however the natural outlook is lovely, and the expansive glazing and operable sliding glass doors maximise the inside/outside relationship. The internal courtyards allow good natural ventilation and water features are really special. We really enjoyed the pool and overall level of comfort and beautiful bathrooms.

Beautiful big house on expansive block. Extremely well equipped kitchen. Magnificent deck area. Comfortable beds in very large bedrooms. Lovely bathrooms. Undercover carport area with bikes, table tennis table, cricket bat, etc, which the kids loved. When we arrived we decided it was even better than it looks in the photos! We took elderly grandparents who found the steps in the home difficult to see, and none of us could be bothered figuring out how the lights worked, but everything else was so wonderful that we didn't mind. We took our old dog who rarely barks or strays from home. There were chooks roaming just over the wire fence, and other neighbourhood dogs came to visit her at night which caused her to bark and annoy us, but it wasn't a big problem. There are strict rules about cleaning up, and a $1000 bond, but this is understandable given the luxurious nature of the house. No firewood was provided in October, but the heating worked beautifully. There is only one television, piles of fun DVDs provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house. The manager I spoke to on the phone was absolutely lovely. We were made to feel welcome and I felt he was approachable and friendly. We would all love to come and stay here again soon.

Beautiful property

Stayed at this house for a long weekend with a group of 8. Fantastic property, beautiful design with 3 bathrooms as a bonus. Felt very secluded in the river/bush setting, but only 5 mins back into Town. Split systems, central heating and fireplaces to keep you warm which was great. Added bonus of pay TV in the spacious lounge. Fully equip kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Thanks Kye, we would love to come back.

A group of 6 we stayed for a week at Elements house in Moama! It was just fantastic, amazing property, very relaxing close to the river in a lovely quiet setting. Kye our host was just wonderful, the whole process from booking to leaving was seamless and we had a great time! Highly recomend this property.

Everything you need & more

We had 5 adults and 3 children 3 - 8 years of age stay 3 nights at Elements and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. There was so much space, 5 minute drive to the action and a relaxing walk to the river. We cranked the fire using the fire pit on the deck and made use of the outside space for football, table tennis and riding. Very peaceful neighbourhood and our dog absolute loved exploring. Kye was extremely helpful with instructions and the added bonus of meeting us at the property. Highly recommend this house for holidays all year round
