The perfect place to relax by the pool. House was spacious and very clean, beds comfy and kitchen well appointed with everything we needed. Was the perfect place for just relaxing in the amazing outdoor area with the heated pool which was exactly what we needed and we were able to bring our dog who loved the large grass area to run around and play footy. Will definitely be back.

The house is very spacious, has alot of seating for guests if your entertaining. The outdoor area was perfect for our stay and became a central place for eating and having family meet ups. The rooms were well sized with plenty of storage for clothes etc. Added bonus was the split systems in every room for the couple of hot days we had while on holiday.The pool table/table tennis table was great at entertaining us and keeping us off our screens. The pool is something i think you need for the ultimate holiday experience. Hotel pools are nice but with this you have it all to yourself, with no open or close times. Went for a morning and night dip just cause the pool was there. Bakery and pizza shop literally at the end of the street. Go down the other end of the street you have a fish n chip shop. All just a couple minutes walk from the house. Few more shops just walking distance. Echuca ia less than 5min drive. We came for a wedding with half the family coming from overseas. Everyone had stayed in motels and hotels so this place became our centeal point for meetings etc. I highly recommend the stay, you won't regret it. Mariese (host) was quick to answer any of the questions I had. For a person whos first time staying in NSW I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday

Great weekend away

House was very clean, excellent communication with owner. Great facilities available in the house. Swimming pool, pool table. Close to take aways. Recommend kwok chinese food. And local pub border hotel. Paddlesteamer pevensey dog friendly. Plenty of grass area for the dogs to run around.would recomend as family friendly.

Everything we needed and more

Me, my wife, our two boys and my in-laws stayed at this amazing house for 4 nights. There was so much room for everyone, the boys loved the swimming pool and pool/ping pong table. I loved the outdoor area, being able to sit outside and watch a movie with the boys while my in-laws watched the footie inside. We all had the most wonderful stay and we would highly recommended this home for your family get away.

Perfect relaxation home. Fully equipped, very comfortable, we lived entirely in the outdoor area.location is wonderful. Lazy days by the pool

Beautiful place with extraordinary games and outdoor entertainment areas. Perfectly suited for a summer afternoon/evening with friends. Ideal to cool off and relax after a long hot game of golf!

Great location, very clean, everything you need - kitchen well equiped, plenty of games, DVDs, CDs. Great BBQ area & facilities, handy bar fridge. Garden beautifully cared for & landscaped. Awesome family holiday!

Our family of two teenagers, two adults and one fur kid loved our stay! The standout was undoubtedly the outdoor alfresco area and pool. The billiard table was also a hit. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The house was located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still close to supermarkets and a bakery. We definitely plan to stay again!Added bonus - the host is very helpful and responsive.
