Phenomenal property

The views are spectacular, waking up to watch the sun rise over the ocean was breathtaking. The house is beautiful and the property manager is a delight to deal with.

wow wow wow...from the friendliness of the property manager, to the charm and ultimate comfort of the beautifully styled country home, to the gob-smacking, pinch-me-am-I-dreaming views, this was a weekend stay to top all weekends. Spectacular breathtaking views, beautiful home!

We had our annual girls weekend away, and our time spent at Kiama Sea to Sky Farm was amazing the house is just beautiful.The views are breathtaking, and getting up at sunrise never disappointed, everything is just beautiful. The kitchen is well supplied and has everything you could possibly need to cook your meals. The fireplace is just perfect, we enjoyed our evenings sitting around the fireplace, and thanks to Mick (the host) we had ample wood to keep the fire going. There is so much to do, lots of great walks to explore the property, enjoying cocktails on the deck during sunset or lounging around on the ample comfortable sofas. We were met by Mick, who showed us around the gorgeous house and gave us lots of tips of things to do, nothing was too much trouble, perfect host. We were sad to leave this lovely home, but are looking forward to enjoying this special place in 2019.

A little slice of Paradise

This beautiful property is an extraordinary treat and perfect for relaxing and taking in the view. There is ample room for everyone to have space or be together enjoying each other's company. It is also close to lots of amenities if you want to explore. The down side was that it was hard to make ourselves leave! Wonderful farm house by the Sea!

Breathtaking scenery surrounding a well facilitated, homely residence

As a Sydneysider, this is the perfect place to retreat to for the weekend. Only an hours drive from Sydney to find a quiet, private property with endless views of ocean and country side. We all can't thank you enough for a wonderful few days we spent in the farm house. Everything we needed was there even the beautiful weather. The overall atmosphere of the house and the impressive views were more then we had hoped for. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. The house was so clean and attention to detail of décor in the house, it felt very homely from the minute you start driving up the driveway. The farm kept so neat and tidy. We were greeted by Mick at the front door, who could have not been more welcoming, he showed us around the home, before leaving us to get settled in. Thank you for your hospitality.

Both spectacular and luxiourious

This place is hard to beat for location. Perched high on a hill overlooking the ocean with views from every angle and every room. Every comfort you could imagine is provided with quality fittings and deep comfortable lounges and beds. Exceptional support was provided by Mick. The house would work equally well for families or adults with a separate rumpus room. Apart from the ocean views the night sky was fantastic, even though close to Kiama. Thanks Mick for a fantastic weekend.

Perfect weekend away

Couldn't recommend Sea to Sky farm more highly! From the moment we arrived, Mick was super friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. The house itself is just incredible. It's really noticeable how much thought has gone into this place. A lot of places you stay in feel like a holiday home, but the attention to detail at Sea to Sky makes it feel like a home. Close enough to town if you choose to leave, and far enough away to feel a million miles from anyone. Location and the views are absolutely amazing. The best we've experienced

In one short sentence, the best holiday house we've stayed at. From the 180 degree uninterrupted ocean views to the finest quality fittings throughout the accommodation, Sea to Sky Farm is a head above the rest. Our trip began with the friendliest greeting from the owner Mick and private tour into their prized property. The kitchen was a standout with the stainless steel bench tops, double oven with eight gas burners, quality sharp knives, Zip hot and cold water filters, a triple sink, Nespresso coffee machine and unlimited supply of glassware, plates and cutlery. Bathrooms had heated floors, heated towel racks and ceiling mounted shower head. Beds were super comfortable with 1000 thread count bed sheets. The main living area was open yet had the warm homely feel. This was combined with the dining area, extended into the outdoor deck and completed with a Webber BBQ. Did I already mention the 180 degrees views, well you cannot miss it from the deck. During the evening we'd gather by the fireplace in the living room with some cheese, wine, single malt whisky and just relaxed. The games room was the kids favourite secret hideout spot with PS4/3, Wii and Blueray complimenting the massive TV. Whilst on the topic of technology, the Sonos speaker system was amazing, we simply connected to the complimentary Wifi, downloaded the app on our iPhone and had complete access all our favourite tracks on Spotify. So we have to be back especially for the 180 degree ocean views.

We had a wonderful weekend

Each year my two daughters and I take a weekend break away. This year we chose Sea To Sky and we weren't disappointed!! The house has the most wonderful 180º view of the ocean and as it turned out there were quite a few whales migrating which we spotted easily during each of the days, bonus! The house itself makes you feel like you're at home, not just a rental - in fact it's probably better than most homes as it's very clean and tidy!! Mick was there to meet us and make sure we had everything we needed, lovely man. Yes it's certainly somewhere we would recommend to anyone and I expect that we'll be back!!

Simply amazing

What can we say except this is the most beautiful location we have ever stayed at for our short weekend away trip. The house is beautiful, well furnished and fully equipped kitchen. We felt at home as soon as we entered the door, stunning ocean view right outside and around the house. Dealing with Mick was fantastic, he was so accommodating and treated us like we were family. Highly highly recommended and we definitely want to make sure we will come back every year.

What a wonderful place to stay!

What a wonderful place to stay! Located on the rolling hills of Kiama Heights, with lovely views of the ocean and the cliffs, this property is the perfect place to de-stress. We were welcomed by the ever-smiling Mick; it was a very friendly start to our stay - Mick is the perfect Sea-to-Sky ambassador! After showing us around the house, he gave us a bottle of red wine and a delicious ginger-chocolate slice (made by none other than the owners of the farm which the house sits upon). Needless to say, neither the wine nor the slice lasted very long! Mick then left us to ourselves with the assurance that if we needed anything that he was always just a phone call away. The house itself is private and secluded. The surrounding hills are perfect for an early morning stroll with the dog. The property is pet-friendly, which means our doggy felt just as home as we did. There's plenty of space outside for pets to run and roam. The furnishings are super-comfortable, with deep-cushioned sofas. Afternoon naps in the rumpus room, with the warm sun beaming in from the east, were the norm. Evenings were spent cooking up a storm in the well-appointed kitchen, and eating out under the stars upon the very-special sushi table, which is recessed into the deck. The views, the views, the views! The picturesque train-track in the distance, nestled amongst the verdant hills, evokes a Constable painting. The views of the Kiama Downs, and the cliffs beyond, are simply breathtaking. And with a full 180 degree view of the ocean, you may very well chance upon whales splashing in the distance; we, in fact, were privileged enough to see whales every day of our visit. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous house with us. For us, Sea to Sky is by far the best holiday home we've visited. We will certainly visit again.

Excellent property!!!

What an amazing place! From a friendly greeting from Mick to a very well kept property - we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have deemed it our best weekend away EVER!!!
