Placed gently, on a hill of Kefalonia island, in Assos village, Villa Vivere promises high standard vacations, offering at the same time a sanctuary point of relaxation & a "strategic base" to explore the amazing opportunities of the island. The villa is designed to "absorb" its breathtaking view either relaxing on the veranda or enjoying the sun in the pool. The warm & relaxed way of life & the stunning sceneries of the Mediterranean are our inspiration.
Within only 100 metres of Assos Beach, Villa Vivere offers accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, a seasonal outdoor private swimming pool, a garden and free private parking. The villa features 3 luxury double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a warm & cozy living room with fireplace. The terrace with its stunning view to the Ionian Sea and the backyard are ideal spots to relax.

Amazing property

The property was on a lovely hill. The views were breathtaking. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked very well. The pool was perfect to cool off and just look at the views. Billy goats show up every morning on the hill (there is a fence so they are not on the property). Short walk to the main area of Asos which was a cute little town, restaurants, beach (water so clear) . I would highly recommend Villa Vivere to anyone coming to the area.

Perfect!

What an amazing place! This villa is lovely, very tastefully decorated and with all the comfort of a luxury hotel but with the freedom of self-catering. Everyone we encountered before, during and at the end of our stay were charming and so kind and helpful. The village of Asos is also lovely, small and quiet and so friendly, with some very nice restaurants just a short walk away, and a couple of very good shops so no need for a car unless you want to explore the island. The only thing to be aware of is that the hill down into the village is quite steep so a tricky walk back up for very elderly or infirm, you'd probably need a car. Will definitely go back again if we can!
