Just minutes from horse tracks, wine and apple route, popular ski destinations in Sutton and Bromont. Close to all amenities, restaurants, beautiful lake and beach 10 minutes by car, in summer you could go to beach: fishing, kayaking and swimming. Background view on the forest to go for nice walks. Beautiful mountain view and surrounding, bicycle path, lake Brome . Granby Zoo 25 minutes away ,golf clubs, spa Balnea 15 minutes away. The hospital is 5 minutes away from the house, and shopping amenities are just a few minutes away. Tim hortons and gas station 5 minutes away. Spa is closed and not for guests use.
Garage is closed as well.
Guests can park in the driveway and is on a slope, sometimes is easier to park on the street during the day. Winter parking not allowed on the street

Beautiful stay

This was our first trip in Canada and this home was perfect! It was so cozy! The communication with the owner was fantastic and we can’t wait to stay again!

This is a lovely cottage with really well stocked kitchen (probably the best from all the places we stayed at). As some other people mentioned, the washroom(s) design is quite unique and very helpful. We skied every day at Bromont and it was an easy access to the slopes from the cottage. Great communication with Joe.

There was a glitch with the system fir the cgeck-in instructions but as soon as I wrote Joe, he immediately responded with all necessary information. Very complete kitchen, great wifi and location. Was wonderful spot for us, travelling to Mont Sutton.

Great place!

This property is beautiful - quiet and spacious backyard and very close to the town. The house is well-equipped and comfortable. Joseph is also very responsive so everything went smoothly for our getaway weekend!

Such a quaint and comforting cottage!

We stayed 3 nights and were very happy with all the amenities and very comfortable. It would be nice if the living room TV was a little bigger. We had a little trouble with watching Netflix as sometimes it would ask for a PIN# so that was a little frustrating. Overall we had a lovely stay! Would visit again.

Cozy place to rest for a townships ski vacay

Great location for a ski vacation - half way between Sutton and Bromont. Full kitchen with a programmable coffee machine allowed us to fuel up before hitting the slopes and make a number of dinners after. Unique and very functional bathroom design made it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Want and cozy despite the cold temps outside. What a gem!

Lovely Home

We had a wonderful weekend at this chalet. It was nice and spacious and had all the supplies you needed. It had a very warm and cozy atmosphere. Just perfect for a family vacation to relax. My two kids loved the backyard. A little path leads to a hill and then a beautiful hiking trail in the forest. We saw lots of beautiful fall leaves for Thanksgiving. There is a cute beach and park area only 5 minutes away for the kids. We had a great time!

Cowensville Cottage

The property was exactly as described and the photos are very accurate. Joseph was a fantastic host who seems to genuinely care about his lodgers' experience. The house served us well as a home base while we biked different spots around Bromont. Make sure to reserve spots at any restaurant you're interested in, things book up fast in the area and some don't allow reservations within 12 hours of the intended time

Maison tout à fait fidèle aux photos, spatieuse et propre. L’accueil avait été soigneusement préparé. La vue dans la cour arrière est admirable, secteur tranquille. Si vous voyagez avec des enfants, il y a quelques décorations fragiles (pas négatif en soi, juste bon à savoir). Je recommande!

Very good ski retreat

20 mins from Bromont and Sutton. Can’t beat the location dead centre between the 2 hills. Very cozy place, would return.

Great stay in this fantastic cottage!

The property owner Joseph was so easy to communicate during our stay. Such a nice guy! The place was very cozy and comfortable for our family of five and we would drive everyday to Mont Sutton ski hill which is just a short 20 min drive away. My only feedback for Joseph is to get a lock box on the door so you don’t have to worry about guests misplacing the keys in your hiding spot! Otherwise a great stay:)

Excellent family vacation

Lovely property, with a beautiful view of sunrise and moon rise as well. It was a full moon that night and I loved watching the full pink moon and it gave me a change to relax and do my meditation. Very peaceful place with a beautiful garden, children had fun playing in the back yard and we were just chilling with my husband. We definitely relaxed. Close to everything, and easy to get around. Property very clean, everything was included for our stay and it was very easy to communicate with the owner. Thank you. Will come back for sure.
