We probably wouldn’t have stayed here as the description says it’s 3 minutes to the brewery 5 minutes to the mall. It is a good 15 minute drive out of town, not as it’s described but it was lovely and quiet. The place was perfect and we loved the accommodation.

A lovely airy home, comfortable and cosy. Well equipped and adequately maintained. Perfect for two couples sharing with both bedrooms spacious and equipped with ensuites. A quiet location out of town.

Beautiful location. Very peaceful.

Very comfortable, easy to stay in and would be equally comfortable if sharing with another couple.Lovely little house.At first surprised at distance from town as we thought it was closer I but that ended being an advantage as it was so quiet and the lagoon was so close.

Fabulous

The property is in a great location, little out of Mildura but certainly not isolated. Grounds well kept, the design of the home was wonderful. The property was very clean, well appointed, spacious and my collegue and myself were able to have our personal space and also work together before and after our presentation at the Rotary clubs which was the purpose for our visit. We enjoyed some relaxing time on our second day in Mildura town central and at the property. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

10 minutes from central Mildura. Clean quiet and functional. The wood was cut for the wood burner which we kept going as there was no reverse cycle heating. It’s a good place for people who don’t want to share a bathroom.

Even though the listing is 10-15 mins out of Mildura in Nicholas Point it was great accomodation! The host had the wood stove going and waiting for us on arrival which was a nice start to our stay.

Great place to stay.

Very impressed, I had my 95 year old uncle with me and this was the only place that catered for a person with mobility issues, will hopefully be back again. One bathroom caters for people with disabilities.

Great place, but listing is not accurate

This house is excellently appointed. It’s clean. It has everything you need, and it was a very comfortable stay for a business trip that I had. There are two things that the owner needs to fix the first is the listing on Stayz is inaccurate and I know that a lot of people have said it in previous reviews so it really should be addressed. This property is not as it is listed in stayz on the map, it is 15 minutes outside of Mildura and it is in Nichols point. The address on Stayz is also inaccurate. This is no problem for me because I quite enjoy staying outside of town, but it would be if you were expecting it to be as it is listed on the Google map on the site so this needs to get fixed and also added to the description The second thing is there’s no Wi-Fi owner will say that we are all happy to use our own phones but unfortunately Vodaphone does not work and Optus was intermittent and my Telstra work phone - Fortunately, I had one was working but I’m now streaming three devices just to keep online to do my work and watch TV, it also means that you really can’t use Netflix so this should be something that the owner gets as it’s important. It is also not Riverfront. This is misleading as there is a road and house in front of you so you are not getting any river views from this house, so the Riverview feature that is selected on Stayz should be removed. I wouldn’t want to put you off staying here. It was a really great house and I hope to book it again.
