Everything worked out great. The backyard with a grill, patio, fire pit, and fence was much nicer than expected. Great for my dog.

Very nice comfortable cabin. Plenty of space for large gathering. Upkeep could be improved, but sufficient for stay.

Our group age was 50-81 years. The back yard is fenced in. Excellent for small children. Beautiful pond in the front yard. Comfortable lodge like interior. I would rent this place again. My only input would be to shine it up a little. Windows. Area around the stove. The surrounding area is beautiful. Thank you to the hosts.

Moravia stay May 2025

Our stay here was wonderful. The weather wasn't great but the covered front porch with a gate on the stairs was perfect for sitting outside with the dogs. The property / landscape was beautiful and we got to enjoy the variety of wildlife - birds, turtle, cats, fish, and deer. Check in & out was easy. Tenant was outside when we arrived. Very friendly & helpful. Conveniently located near Village of Moravia to shop at Modern Market.I would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was the backyard fence wasn't secure enough to let the dogs off leash.

Owners arrive on the premises (unannounced) frequently

The cabin and the grounds outside are very nice. It is isolated from neighbors and has a big front yard and big back yard. It is close to hikes and close to Auburn. We arrived 7/28 and the person that takes care of the outside premises was there working. On 7/29 we left early in the morning. We arrived back at the house 10:30 am.The owners were there. Another person arrived. They all worked on planting flowers.The owners then work in the back yard on building a kids wooden playset (swings, slide). We were never notified the owners were going to be there. It was awkward. We could not be outside enjoying the space. In addition the owner accused our 2 year old grandson of putting a hole in their trampoline. She said he used a broom stick. The next morning we let the dog out in the back yard and the worker lady was there. It scared us and our dog. We left for the morning because we did not have any privacy. We returned to the VRBO at 11:30 am. The owners were there again working the the playset. At 1:40 pm it started to rain. The owners went into the backyard gazebo and sat there.They left at 2:43 pm. At that point we decided to leave everyday and be gone because we had no privacy. The sliding glass doors that open to the back yard are in a bedroom and we had to keep the drapes closed. Before we got home the owners had submitted a claim to our insurance for a new trampoline mat. It is a great getaway but you need to be aware you may not have privacy.

Great rental for family

We were able to stay 5 nights and was a great place for our family. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with AC)Plenty of pull out couchs that were super comfortable. The home is well stocked, secluded driveway, host was super responsive and tenant who lives underneath was very friendly and hardly noticed. The one drawback is the lack of shades in all bedrooms and skylights over the upstairs bedroom need remote shades or curtains unless you are up at dawn every day. Definitely would book again!

Great cabin property.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It is just outside the town and along a Finger Lake (Owasco). We were not disappointed.

A beautiful setting for your rest in wine country

Maryna and Max could not have been more welcoming to me and my friends as we chose their spacious home for our landing spot on a girls weekend in wine country. The property is gorgeous, the main building is impressive from both the outside and inside, and the pond on the land is very beautiful. We made a beautiful meal in their kitchen, had room to play some trivia games, and all seven of us had a very comfortable place to stay. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question regarding check in and wifi, which was very reassuring. Having access to two full bathrooms definitely ensured that we were able to get put together and out the door in the morning. The experience of staying here was gracious, relaxing, and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Sleeping arrangements were a little difficult. Only 3 beds the rest of were couches

Beautiful land and the house is nice. Some of the cooking/kitchen items should be replaced ie knives, pots and pans.

Cute cottage in Finger Lakes

Cute cottage near Owasco lake and only 20 minutes from Skaneatateles. Had everything we needed, including a fenced backyard for our dog. Although it was only the two of us, the cottage is very roomy with 2 first floor bedrooms and full bath and roomy loft area with another bedroom and second bathroom. Would definitely stay here again!
