ローズマリーで最も人気のあるマディソンコテージの特徴は、4ベッドルーム/ 5バスルームのコテージ（さらにBRキャリッジハウス1つ、別売り）です。 このローズマリービーチホームは、清潔で広々としており、新しいものです。 30-Aの南、村、ビーチ、バルバドスプールに非常に近い。

We loved this property! It was beautifully decorated and maintained. The location was perfect, right across the street from the pool and a very short walk to the beach and downtown Rosemary Beach shopping. I would highly recommend staying here. The property management company was great too. They were very responsive to any questions.

Spectacular week

The location of this property was fantastic. Easy access to both the beach and the pool. The house itself was well appointed and had great supplies. Contact with the property manager was easy. Great property! We plan to stay again.

Wonderful house near the beach

The property is definitely an upscale home. It is across the street from the pool, and a short walk to the beach. It is also a short walk from the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Once we were at the house, we had no need to drive anywhere. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The house had complete amenities, including televisions, cooking utensils, outdoor grill, beach chairs, beach toys, and games for the kids. It was easy to check in and out. We had three cars, so we put one in the garage, and two parked on the street with the passes provided. All in all, we had a wonderful week.

Perfect location!

We came down for Thanksgiving with Gparents and immediate family of 5. House was clean and lovely. Top floor was super for our girls even with the spiral staircase. The house does not have the typical reverse floor plan which was nice, for a change. Loads of space in living area and kitchen. Brach gear was a bonus!

We had the best time at Rosemary beach!! The house is a short walk to the beach and across the street from a pool. The house had plenty of room for all of us and all the supplies we needed. Very clean and tidy.

Nice spot!

Great home and location. Super close to beach and downtown Rosemary. We loved the access to everything. Only complaint was the parking. Wasn't what we were told it was and had to scramble a bit on that front.

The living space is wonderful! The kitchen is completely stocked. We really appreciated that leftover spices and oils, etc were kept for anyone to use. So nice. We Loved our stay!

Awesome Experience

Perfect house for our large group. Third floor loft room was perfect for the teenagers to spread out and have their own space and second floor was perfect for adults to have private rooms away from the kids. First floor was large, open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Plenty of outdoor space, directly across from pool and super close to beach and to the town/shopping areas. Carriage house was a great add-on to setup work from home / office area away from the group and an additional sleeping space for our large group. Property manager was very helpful and responsive and on-site bike rental was great price and super convenient.

Perfect Stay

We rented this home to celebrate my sister's Bachelorette Party! Location was perfect - easy to walk in town, to the beach and the pool is right across the street. The house was in great condition. We had a minor hiccup with the plugs, but management responded immediately to my texts to solve the issue. Check-in went super smooth and I was even able to get in early. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous Experience

This home is fantastic! Each room is spacious, and the bunk room with two restrooms was perfect. I highly recommend this beautiful home for a girls' weekend or a family vacation. The two-car garage is a plus. I give it five stars all around!!! We will be back soon.

5 Stars all the way

This home accommodated 3 couples and 2 children. We loved the 3 king size beds and ALL beds for the children on the third floor. Perfect location from the beach, pools and shops. We can’t say enough about all the amenities that were included and appreciated. The property manager was very responsive even though we didn’t have to contact him for much. Great communication prior to arriving and at departure. Hope to stay at this property in the future.

Girls Trip

We just completed our second girls' trip staying at the Madison Cottage. It is well-organized and spacious. The home is up to date and has beautiful furnishings and all of the appliances were working. We did not have one issue with the house. The manager Tom is excellent. We will be back!!

Great location, beautiful home. Some glitches

We had a wonderful time at the Madison Cottage. It was a perfect location: walking distance to the gorgeous beach and town. The house was spacious and lovely. A few FYI issues: - The top two bunks were not really usable for our group because they were really for small children and had no protective bars. - The standalone icemaker did not work. And the refrigerator ice maker was set in the off position when we arrived, so we had to go out and buy bags of ice. - The house only had 7 of the 10 promised beach towels so make sure to check when you arrive so there’s time to deliver extra towels. - The key cards to the beach, which are required to go in and out, were a pain: one did not work upon arrival, and then the other stopped working during our trip. Management replaced them, but not with any sense of urgency. -I also detest when luxury rentals leave a few dishwashing pods — fewer than the days of our stay. So then we have the inconvenience of going out and having to buy an entire box of pods when we only need a few. It’s a hassle for the renter that would cost management very little to avoid. But all in all, it was a beautiful property and we would go back.

Fantastic trip! We loved this house. The property managerTom, did and outstanding job. He welcomed us on our arrival and even mailed a package of “left behind items” on our return home. We appreciated the extra effort he went to. We will definitely return to this lovely Rosemary house!
