Super place

Townhouse was well equipped and very clean, complex was super with the main pool and tiki bar. Club house and gym were greatEnjoyed morning walks around the pond. Felt very safe and secure in this gated community

Relaxing!

It was very clean. Could use some better frying pans and larger cookie sheet. Everything else was fine. Coffee pot was not the proper size for the machine. It needs to be larger. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful stay

AAU Nationals

Great stay. Gated community. Home was very clean and as advertised. We drove to the Convention Center each day for the tournament, which was about 30 miutes each way. It is only about 12 miles, but with traffic and lights that slows ut down. Very close to Disney. Would recommend staying here.

Family Orlando Trip

This place was great since it was between all the places we were planning to visit. Disney, Universal, Daytona and Gatorland. We did not use the home for much other than sleeping and showering as we were out and about exploring. However we could have used more bowels and spoons. The silverware was awkward to use. The Resort had some great options but some of the equipment is run down. The billiards and mini golf need some repairs. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day.

Quiet Get Away

The host is spectacular! The property is beautiful, while there are a lot of units it was so quiet. Lots of activities on site to keep the whole family entertained. We hope to be back again.

Place was clean, very spacious, well stocked w/all the necessities, w/the exception of paper products or shower products, you need to bring your own. Patio was exceptionally nice, we had everything we could want, location was great, everything was close by. It wasn't rowdy, pool area & bar was very accommodating. Only draw back is stairs, if you have any issues climbing or coming down. Property grounds were very nice & lots of walking paths. Price was real good, comparted to other places. Would highly recommend this resort.

Accommodations met our needs, beds where comfortable, some furniture needs updating but overall we enjoyed our stay. Felt safe in the complex, people were friendly. Nice area for walking, lots of sidewalks. The pool area was first class. Communication with host was good. Would stay again.

Long awaited Disney holiday

We've just returned from a 25 night stay in this villa during July and August. This villa was booked at short notice due to our original villa being cancelled. We stayed on Terra Verda in 2013 and really enjoyed it as its central to everything hence why we choose to stay here again. The owner emailed us with all the information in good time and was contacable throughout our stay. The villa was nice and spacious, very clean and everthing you would need in a home. The hot tub was not working but that didn't worry us. The onsite facilities were good and staff very helpfull. If we were to return we would definitley consider this property again.

Clean and Convenient

Property was clean, just as described, and convenient to all area attractions without being right on the main road. Pool, clubhouse, and amenities were great. Tiki bar was open daily and had very reasonable prices on food and beverages. I was also a huge fan of the “free water” thermos that was available at the tiki bar! We had a great time and will be back!

Getaway to relaxation

Everything was great except the duck tape on the couches. It ruined a good pair of my husbands shorts. Other than that it was a great, relaxing vacation. Would stay in this resort again.
