Great spot, lots to do!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and lots to do for the kids. We enjoyed it! Only down fall was the extra parking pass was costly and no spots available after paying over $100 for it. Other than that it was a great place!

Great family atmosphere

My family and I stayed at The Turquoise for our summer vacation. The amenities were really nice. Very clean and easy access to the beach. Will definitely be back

Fall Break

Beautiful Condo in great location. Fantastic amenities. Would stay at again, and would recommend for large families looking for a quiet, clean friendly place to stay. 24 hour security at the gate.

Great property, unit and location

Unit was clean, well decorated, outfitted and quite comfortable. Open concept unit worked great for cooking and accommodating our large crew. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for supplying some beach chairs!

Winter Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is very nice and very pleased with how well the bar and kitchen are stocked with appliances. During our stay there was a kerig machine in the kitchen and a nice blender along with plenty of board games and puzzles to pass the rainy day.

Great vacation, and location

This property was exactly as shown in the photos and did not disappoint at all! We had 4 grandkids with us and everyone enjoyed the condo. It was so convenient having a grill on the balcony and the girls enjoyed the hot tub every night. Thanks so much!

Look no further!

The place was amazing. A true vacation “home”. Spacious with room for everyone. Beautifully decorated. Would certainly stay here again. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions. Easy access to the beach. Perfect location.

Spring Break 2024

Overall, we loved our stay at this unique condo with breathtaking views!!! Everything was perfect! It felt like we were home because the owners had everything you could possibly need while staying there! My only complaint was that there were some dirty spots on the walls in one of the smaller bedrooms and the light shined too much at night through the thin paper blinds close to the hall. Overall, we loved our experience here and couldn’t beat the price!

The condo we stayed in was great and had everything we needed. Prickett Properties were quick to respond to any question or concern. We had two small issues in the condo and they had a very nice maintenance person there within the hour to fix both. Highly recommend!

Family Getaway

The property was just as pictured with no unpleasant surprises. There was a slight hiccup with another unit 2 floors above us which caused fans to be used in Master Bath; however, this was a minor inconvenience. The Jacuzzi had to be cleaned, but guest services handled it immediately. My family (2 adults, 4 young adults) was more than pleased with the accommodations.

Perfect vacation!!

We loved the condo C1104. It’s exactly how it looks online or even better. The owners thought of everything you’d need for you stay. The only complaint has nothing to do with owners-on check out day it took us an hour to get down to parking garage. Next time we’ll leave earlier. Lesson learned.

Not so great

The condo unit itself was gorgeous. However, the listing failed to reveal many things…. construction going on to the right the left and above us every day. Both the outdoor swimming pools were closed the bar/diner closed at 2 PM every day. The main television in the living room never did work. The hot tub was a disaster had sand in it from the previous renter. The headrests were so moldy that they just replaced them with new ones. The water level was so low that the Jets were spraying a stream of water over the balcony railing to floors below. The day of our departure actually the night of, they had a cleaning crew in the unit above us, dragging chairs across the floor and dropping stuff left and right kept us awake half the night and we had a 4 AM departure to the airport. I have stayed in turquoise place in the past, but never ran into something like this quite the opposite actually.
