Great place

The place was absolutely beautiful. My only issue was the dishes in the pantry were dirty. Probably because they do not provide any dish liquid and someone got lazy and just rinsed them.

Great spot, lots to do!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean and lots to do for the kids. We enjoyed it! Only down fall was the extra parking pass was costly and no spots available after paying over $100 for it. Other than that it was a great place!

Great location, views, and tons of space

Owners were really responsive to questions, which was helpful in deciding if this was the place for us. We had 2 families staying and there was tons of space for all of us. Huge kitchen was a plus, too, with everything you need. The hot tub was fantastic! We did notice if you used it for a long time, the heat eventually couldn’t keep up, but once covered for a bit it went back up. We appreciated the checking/cleaning. They did have to clean it one day, but it was fast and they did it while we were at the beach. The condo had lots of games for rainy days. Fantastic food and drinks and the restaurant by the pools. Highly recommend!

Spring Break 2024

Overall, we loved our stay at this unique condo with breathtaking views!!! Everything was perfect! It felt like we were home because the owners had everything you could possibly need while staying there! My only complaint was that there were some dirty spots on the walls in one of the smaller bedrooms and the light shined too much at night through the thin paper blinds close to the hall. Overall, we loved our experience here and couldn’t beat the price!

Fall Break

Beautiful Condo in great location. Fantastic amenities. Would stay at again, and would recommend for large families looking for a quiet, clean friendly place to stay. 24 hour security at the gate.

Highly recommend

The condo we stayed in was great and had everything we needed. Prickett Properties were quick to respond to any question or concern. We had two small issues in the condo and they had a very nice maintenance person there within the hour to fix both. Highly recommend!

The condo was very dated and not very clean

The condo was very dated and dark, the floors were full of sand. The dishes were not washed very good a lot of food debris on the dishes. Curtain are all see through so you better be a early riser if not the sun will awake you for sure.

Great Condo but the mangement copany not so much

The unit was awesome however many of the amenities were un available. I was made aware that hot tubs were unavailable after booking. But the fitness room and half the outdoor pools were also unavailable. I was also rold the hot tube would be avaiabale the last two days of the trip however it was not

Winter Beach trip

We enjoyed our stay. The unit is very nice and very pleased with how well the bar and kitchen are stocked with appliances. During our stay there was a kerig machine in the kitchen and a nice blender along with plenty of board games and puzzles to pass the rainy day.

Not so great

The condo unit itself was gorgeous. However, the listing failed to reveal many things…. construction going on to the right the left and above us every day. Both the outdoor swimming pools were closed the bar/diner closed at 2 PM every day. The main television in the living room never did work. The hot tub was a disaster had sand in it from the previous renter. The headrests were so moldy that they just replaced them with new ones. The water level was so low that the Jets were spraying a stream of water over the balcony railing to floors below. The day of our departure actually the night of, they had a cleaning crew in the unit above us, dragging chairs across the floor and dropping stuff left and right kept us awake half the night and we had a 4 AM departure to the airport. I have stayed in turquoise place in the past, but never ran into something like this quite the opposite actually.

Nice property

Love staying at Turquoise Place. Property was great. Only issue was the balcony furniture needs new cushions they were completely flat. I'm sure gets lots of wear and tear.

short stay

We were told this was the nicest condo building on OB. Other units may be nicer, not sure. Security was awesome and grounds were nice. View was amazing. Tile floor was sticky throughout, we had to wear shoes or slippers the entire trip. Towels for bathing are small and scratchy. No dish soap, no salt and pepper. Given 1 one ounce shampoo/body wash and lotion. No conditioner. Not enough for someone going to beach and staying 3 nights. Decor was dark. Tiles coming up and taped down with packing tape. Expected more for the price.
