The Palms Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Two parking passes are included in your quoted price and will be delivered to your condo before check-in at 4pm.

The room itself was nice. However, were not left enough towels to accommodate our family. I made a reservation for 9. When I called housekeeping, I was told a starter set was supplied and the rest would be up to us. Also, I called twice about the dryer not drying the towels we had and nobody ever came to even look at it. On top of that, the a/c went out and had to be replaced midweek. Overall, I'm pretty dissatisfied with the service I received compared to what I paid to stay at The Palms.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the delay in service and that your experience fell short of what we aim to provide. A detailed list of what to expect upon arrival, including the starter supply of towels and linens, is provided in the digital guestbook, but we understand how frustrating it was to also experience issues with the dryer and air conditioning during your stay. We missed the mark in our follow-up and response time, and we sincerely apologize. We hope you were still able to enjoy the beautiful beach, views, nearby restaurants, and everything else the area has to offer. We’d appreciate the opportunity to welcome you back for a much smoother stay.

A perfect beach vacation!

The Sailfish Condo was the perfect home away from home for our family beach trip! The easy beach access, super clean premises, and extra comfy beds were everything we needed. (My mom loved the beds so much she wants to ask what brand the mattresses were so she can get herself one!) The kitchen was the best stocked in supplies that I’ve ever personally experienced in a home rental, and that was so helpful. There is a Keurig and regular coffeemaker, for any fellow people who like to have both! Check in and out was easy. And the beach view is unbeatable! Thanks for having us.

Great for VERY Early Risers!

Nice condo on ground floor overlooking pool. Easy access from parking lot. Easy access to boardwalk to soft sand beach. Next to outdoor grilling area. Kitchen stocked fairly well to cook. NO can opener or blender. Trash dumpster located right outside bedroom windows. *** Be aware that the garbage truck comes daily between 5am and 6am and is very noisy with beeping of truck and rolling of garbage carts on bricks. We were NOT aware, and are NOT early risers, and sadly left our hopes of a relaxing beach getaway in the early morning dumpster. *** If you are a very early riser, this condo might be a good fit for you.

Peggy, thank you for the review. We contacted The Palms HOA and the trash pickup is every day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, then during the rest of the year it is every other day. The frequency is required so that no bugs or animals develop a habit of entering the trash or hanging around it! We apologize as this could become an inconvenience to guests! We have shared your comments about the missing kitchen items as they will inventory and replace the few items needed! We are glad you were able to enjoy the beach, grilling area, and location of this condo! Thank you for choosing Beach Getaways and we hope to host you again soon!
