Flemington race course is a 5 minute taxi ride away so we are in the perfect spot to make the most of Melbourne’s famous racing carnival. Guests have access to all space in the home except for the locked shed.

5 minutes from the well known Puckle street shopping and restaurant precinct, 5 minutes drive and easily accessible by tram from the Flemington race course. 10 minutes walk to Moonee Valley racecourse, 15 minute train ride to the city centre and all the fabulous sports stadiums in Melbourne.

We are just 5 minutes walk from the Moonee Ponds Train Station, and a 10 minute walk to the tram stop. On street parking is available.

We are located in a residential area and this is my home so please respect this. If you do have a pet please clean up after them.

The backyard is enclosed and safe for dogs.
