Great Beach House with Everything you need!

This was our 3rd time vacationing in the Carillon community and this was the best beach house. It had everything we needed to sleep everyone comfortably and the extra W/D in the apartment was an added bonus! We enjoyed making meals at the house and playing games at the beach while watching the sunset. Having our own boardwalk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth and the house had some added beach items like beach towels, small cooler, left over boogie boards, sand toys. Everyone said it was the best beach trip ever!!!

May Weekend Trip

We had an incredible time at this beautiful home. Everything is spotless and everyone was very comfortable. The water is just steps away and you can't beat the location. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to everyone!

Annual Labor Day vacation with family is always a success when using VRBO, Are We there Yet home was Exactly what we needed! Just steps away from the Sand & Beach, woke up to a beautiful view & got to enjoy our coffee on the home balcony right outside our bedroom! Home was fully equipped and we cooked daily. We also loved that the home was on a private property & kept the beach very clean and secluded from tourist.

The Perfect Family Vacation House

For those who prefer not to eat out, one of the best equipped kitchens anywhere, including a brand new Weber gas grill downstairs. The cottage provides a quiet space apart from the morning or late evening hustle and bustle. Easy access to the beach and community pool, too. Despite very warm June temps, the A/C system keeps everyone cool and comfortable.

Our family of 14 were guests of AWTY and loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 5 children and 9 adults in this home and it was perfect. Having the house on the ocean was amazing! Beach chairs and the beach service is top notch. There was lots room to be together and yet space for privacy and sleeping. The home is a bit dated, but reasonably priced. It had everything you need, from lots of new beach towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen essentials, and even though we had two minor issues, Karen and her staff, Kristi etc., did an amazing job of responding immediately, ensuring we had a great stay. You can tell Karen takes pride in her properties! I can’t wait to rebook ASAP. We have been coming to Carillon since 2006, and this trip was one of our most memorable. Thank you.

Always Great House

Karen was great to work with. We’ve stayed here 8 or 9 times in past 15 years and love the house and layout. We normally have at least 2 of our children so it’s very roomy. They have fixed the beach chair setups but for 3 days our chairs were 150’ from our house. We ask the beach service guys to resolve it and they did 3 days later. But this is a new group now so they’re getting it figured out. This has little to do with Are We There Yet but The other thing, you can’t check in until 4pm and it’s been that way for several years now but check out keeps moving up and now it’s 9 am. Just be aware of the fine print 😕 As for the property, the owners have made some updates and I’m sure they’re working on some more. It’s still one of my favorite homes to stay in. Also know another big house is going up next door between the house and Walk-over. Didn’t bother us but it surprised us.

As my granddaughter put it when she first walked in the house is in “vintage” condition. Exterior is very weather worn. The stucco needs serious maintenance. The hurricane shutters have rusted thru their housings. The boardwalk is very “splintery”. No bare feet!!

Excellent property, 2nd time staying in the community -we love everything about the community and this property was very well maintained and in good working order. Excellent for family of 4, with both sets of in-laws for the week.

Private walkway to beach, with a bathroom and shower immediately upon entrance...beach towels and toys provided. For those that this matters, it might not be the most updated home decor on the beach, but had all the amenities and we were more than happy here for our five-day visit!

Perfect Beach Getaway

Karen communicated with us clearly between booking and check in. It’s in the perfect location to the beach. It was perfect for my bridesmaids and family during my wedding (as the walkover is directly next door) Check out was early, but other than that- it was a great stay!
