Lucy’s retro house is absolutely fantastic. Everything is exactly as described plus more! The property is very clean, extremely well appointed and a great location. The breakfast provisions were perfect - freshly laid eggs, milk, butter, bread, cordial, and a few extra delights. Our host Nicky was amazing. Nicky was super responsive and so friendly. We would definitely book Lucy’s property again. AA

Peaceful beachside stay

We had a wonderful time at Lucy' House. Nicky is a wonderul host, amazing communication great local tips and very thoughtful with the gift of local produce to enjoy our stay. The house is beautifully appointed, and they have really thought of all the special touches that make a home away from home so special! Highly recommend staying here and it is a great location to the beach and surrounding areas. Only thing to note is the beds in the caravan are not suitable for tall people, best suited for kids who would love having their own space. We hope to stay again. Thanks Nicky :)

We absolutely love that the owners have rescued a classic fibre shack and with a lot of love turned it into a beautiful little home to stay with a great combination of original vibe and a very stylish update. Gorgeous!

Wedding stay

We booked this house for my wedding and it was perfect! Such a cute and lovely house. It had everything you could possibly think of. Nicky was amazing, went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend anyone wishing to stay here to just book it, you won’t regret it, trust me!!!!

Beautiful stay

Property is small and cozy, sparkly clean, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything we needed. Very close to beach. Nicky is a great host, super accommodating, considerate and thoughtful. There were fresh produce and wine to welcome us , and we even got a bonus night! Kids loved running around in the backyard for Easter egg hunt ! Thank you so much we had a great time !

Exceptional luxe

From the moment we walked in to the (reluctant) departure Mum and I had a wonderful time enjoying all Lucy's House has to offer. The luxe linen, the brilliantly equipped kitchen, lounge areas ( inside and out) and the tranquility. Just magic - thank you for making our getaway so special!

Retro Beach Escape

We had a wonderful time at the house. I have stayed in a lot of holiday homes over the years and this was my favourite. Both my boys opted to sleep in Vera the vintage caravan, they loved it! All the extra special touches were very much appreciated, the ice cold beers, delicious bread, fresh eggs and milk, gorgeous smelling soaps and lotions, and enough coffee pods to last the whole stay 👏👏. The outdoor shower was amazing! The location was so nice and quiet, I even relaxed enough to read one of the books. The beaches are beautiful and there is plenty to do around Mollymook, we fit a lot into four days but would love to come back soon.

Lovely Lucy’s

This week I have spent two nights at Lucy’s on my way south, and will happily stay again. This is a lovely little property where Nicky’s attention to detail is outstanding. Farm fresh eggs, home made chutney, and a bottle of bubbles were all appreciated. The owners have leaned into the 50s vibe of the property but not in a kitschy way, with quality sheets, towels and toiletries. Great sleep in the comfy master bed too. The location is spot on - atop a hill above Mollymook where it catches the sea breeze and you can hear the surf. Also a quick whip into Ulladulla - perfect. I honestly have no suggestions for improvement. I look forward to my next trip to the area where I will definitely be a repeat visitor to Lucy’s.

Exactly what we needed!

Lucy's cute little retro beach shack welcomed us like a warm hug. With all the beautiful and thoughtful touches including welcoming treats like fresh local produce (all were wonderful) and even a bottle of sparkling wine! The gorgeous linen added to the warmth and comfort of our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved our stay!

What a gorgeous little house! We loved our stay in Mollymook. Nicky has done a fantastic job styling the house and it was equipped with everything we needed. She was a fantastic host with great communication. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and the perfect size. We would definitely return to stay here again, thank you!

Relaxing Week Away

My wife and i stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately it was raining pretty much the entire time so we didn't get to use the beach as much as we would have liked. Nikki left us a range of items such as eggs, milk, fresh bread, locally made honey and jam and some other items as well as a bottle of sparkling! All this went down a treat : ) Overall everything was as expected and we had a great time. The house was as presented and there were no surprises. Nikki was very quick to respond to any queries we had through Stayz and assisted greatly with some recommendations of things to do etc. 5/5

Loved Life at Lucy's

This property was one of the best we have experienced in the holiday home short term rental market ( and we are avid travellers so have experienced many properties.) The property was beautifully appointed with everything a discerning couple could want to enhance the stay. Breakfast provisions including farm fresh eggs, beautiful local conserves, pod coffee, a great selection of teas, and fresh sour dough bread. It was so convenient to be able to enjoy this fabulous produce on the sunny verandah. Everything about the property was perfect - it had a lovely feel - fresh, clean and comfortable in every way. Congratulations to Nicky and Grant on a great retro reno! Loved it!

Cute little place

Beautiful stay at Lucy's house! We were there for the weekend for the wedding and required an early check in and Nicky was very accommodating, an amazing host. The house is located just a short 10 minute walk to the beach its a very clean quirky little beach shack. I will definitely be back!

Perfect

My wife and I recently spent 5 nights at Lucy's house. The house and all the arrangements more than exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully presented and the facilities provided made for an easy an enjoyable stay. Dining at Bannisters was very good as were the bbq evenings spent on the rear deck. Mollymook is a great location for a holiday and we would love to return one day.

Beautiful, relaxing little house with everything you need!

We loved our stay at Lucy’s House Mollymook! Nicky was an excellent host who you could tell wants to ensure her guests enjoy their stay- wonderful communication and nice extra touches upon arrival to make it feel special as soon as you arrived. The house was perfect for a young family of four- very well equipped to make your stay comfortable, it was beautifully decorated as per the photos, everything was in great condition and very clean. The house is in a nice street within walking distance to Mollymook beach. We would definitely stay again!

Mollymook beach house

We arrived at Nicky’s on the 28th of December to a lovely clean property that had a beautiful scent throughout the house. The kitchen was stocked with essentials and the beds were comfortable and had the most devine linen sheets. The location is very close to the beach so that was the first place we went. Our first few nights were so relaxing and lovely. Unfortunately for the community of Mollymook it was only a few days before the New Year’s Eve fires hit the surrounding towns and we lost power, phone reception and access to the highway. When it was possible to contact Nicky she was the most accommodating and considerate lady, letting me know to keep safe and she was there for us if we needed. Our holiday didn’t end up being as relaxing and enjoyable as I was hoping but I am very thankful we remained safe and got to spend time is my favourite childhood location. We will definitely return to Mollymook to support the town and surrounding areas as soon as we can.

We spent 13 years living in Milton but made a sea change to Lake Conjola in 2000 where we live on a few acres with our chickens, and pesky kangaroos. We love the beach, paddleboarding, fishing, and entertaining friends and family.
