Loved our stay nice & easy check in stayed for 3 days as we were in Auckland for a wedding the house was tidy beds were super comfortable lovely quiet area shops not far kitchen fully equipped everything we needed for our stay will most definitely book if we are in Auckland again Thankyou for sharing your beautiful home :)

Our stay was awesome because we were close to everything in Manukau. I would suggest a table and chairs outside and tea towels in kitchen to dry dishes. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The location was super handy – close to Sylvia Park, Woolworths, and some great little cafés. It was the perfect base for us in Auckland, and we’d definitely stay again.

Comfortable and convenient

Close enough to the airport that it only took about 15 minutes to get there after we arrived and needed to rest. Grocery and restaurants near by. 30-45 minutes to heart of Auckland, but typical for a city that size. Comfortable beds and clean. AC was a plus.

Clean, convenient, clear communication.

The property was very clean and had all the things we needed for a two night stay visiting family in Manukau. Communication with the host was quick and friendly. The house was warm, beds clean and kitchen/bathroom had everything we needed for a short stay. Would definitely use the property again!

Great stay

The house was exactly as advertised—clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Its location was perfect for us, A few minutes drive to supermarkets and nearby eateries. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Close to many amenities!

A tidy, inside renovated property close to many amentieis. We were up to watch Touch at Bruce Pulman Park, which was just a 15min drive away. Easy to access manukau mall and rainbows end. There is a park with playground only a 1minute walk around the corner... and a 4min drive away there is a laundromat next to a park, so we worked out while we waited for our washing.Suggested improvements: - a key to open the back door- more lounge seating- more coat hangers - bedside tables- more towels (for stays more than 2 days)- washing machine - new dishcloths & brushIt can be noisy with the planes flying over from 3am & 6am in the morning. Turning right on to main road from accomm to get to the mall can be a nightmare to navigate. The neighbour at the backs security sensor light picks every movement from the back part of inside this property which is annoying but can also be helpful when accessing the kitchen & bathroom in the dark.Turn wifi off at night cause the modems are in bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 is a converted garage, with a window, but no sun or view & the bed is super firm..also watch your step from kitchen to get to bedroom 3!All three beds are large and firm, which I personally liked.In comparison to some other properties we looked at online, this is a tidy property in a really good location and is reasonably priced. It served our purpose, so no complaints other than suggestions to make the stay even better.P.S. we left four fold up chairs, an umbrella &

Convenient jumping off point for Auckland

We loved the location close to the airport. The neighborhood is walkable and the nearby park was a hit with the children. The accommodation was a great home base for our short stay in Auckland.

Air traffic noises and light from neighbours property

Below the flight path for large planes leaving Auckland airport day and night. Neighbours house behind had bright spotlight that went off and on every few minutes followed by beeping noises - all night, shining in through the kitchen window of VRBO. Did not make for a restful stay.

Property was difficult to locate due to absence of visible street signage. On-site parking was appreciated. Property was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. We never met or talked to the property manager (since a rating of the property manager was required in order for the survey to proceed, please note we tried to be neutral by assigning a value of “3”) Suggestions to improve quality of guest experience would include the following: 1. Additional seating in living room to accommodate 4-6 guests. 2. Bedside tables and lamps in each bedroom. There were none, only a bed in each room. 3. Blackout Drapes on windows at rear of house to obscure neighbour’s motion light that was activated all night long at 5-10 second intervals.

Excellent Accomidation

Really enjoyed our stay. Doesn't look like much from outside but exceeded expectations once inside close. Close to motorway, and laundrette. But heavy traffic on redoubt road morning and evening rushes. But comfy as beds, and nice kitchennicekitchencooked with chilli's D

Great for us

We had 4 adults and 2 littlies. If we needed anything at all it would have been a washing machine and maybe a pair of scissors in the kitchen. Everything else was fine. Thanks for having us.

Great value

This property was lovely and clean and we enjoyed our stay. Could definitely be improved with working smoke alarms and a proper fire exit. Safety precautions definitely need improvement. A washing machine would also be handy.
