Great rear self contained flat only steps to the beach. Walk to township and all facilities and attractions. Off street parking. Courtyard. Sofa bed and washing machine. Cooking facilities. Budget price in a great location. Neat and tidy. Short walk to jetty and Southport surf beach. Great Restaurants and cafes and township with Post Office and clothing boutiques. Fifteen minutes drive to McLaren Vale Wine district. No views from unit.
An older one-bedroom flat attached to the back of a large house. Includes a good sized living room/kitchen and bathroom/laundry. Flat includes an enclosed courtyard with outside table and chairs. Just a 10 minute walk to Port Noarlunga and right on the Esplanade and beach on a no through road (sand dunes at the mouth of the Onkaparinga River are about 200 metres away). Driveway is narrow and has an awkward angle that might challenge a large 4WD or SUV. Was cautiously but successfully managed in a RAV4. Very well placed for accessing the southern Adelaide beaches, McLaren Vale and the lower Fleurieu.

Beautiful and so convenient
We had a wonderful holiday, the location was perfect and the accommodation was very affordable, it was just a bit tricky with parking but everything else was great
