This 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom condo is absolutely adorable! The decor is cheerful and comfortable! The pool is kept impeccably clean! The location is perfect. You don't need to move your car! The heart of Venice Beach is around the corner: stores, great restaurants, post office, church, tennis courts, farmers market and a theater. It is a short 3 blocks to the beach where you can enjoy yoga in the morning or evening and musical entertainment on a regular basis. This town is so much fun, you can stroll along Venice avenue and shop, eat and entertain yourself everyday! You can lounge in your beach chair and enjoy the view of the beautiful warm gulf water. The sunsets are unbeatable! There are many activities, fairs and festivals all year round. You couldn't ask for anything more!

Let me be your Venice Island concierge. I have lived on the island of Venice for the last 9 years and can tell you every wonderful thing about it! Everyone calls it the "modern day Mayberry" of Florida. The people are warm and friendly, the downtown has so much to offer and the sunsets on the beach are good for the soul! I enjoy sharing what I am fortunate to have!
