Sheri was amazing with helping us get into the house! Although this house is beautiful it needs some work. When you flush the toilets you can hear the water run through the pipes. One of our guests said it woke them up. The floor the pool table is in is not level. It was hard to play a game of pool when the balls are rolling to one side of the table. The shower in the upstairs master took literally 5 minutes to get hot and it didn’t drain. There was no water pressure so we had to move to the downstairs bathroom to take a shower. It’s very pretty though!

Beautiful home in a great location! Close to the wineries, shopping and other fun activities. Host was very attentive and responsive. House was well equipped with everything we needed for a memorable family Thanksgiving vacation on the lake.

Beautiful Lake Lanier home, located approximately 20 minutes from Dahlonega and just miles from shops/restaurants in Dawsonville. Communication with Sherri (host) was very good and she provided everything for our stay. We will definitely be back next year!

The house and the cove in which it’s situated are wonderful! We had 5 adults and 2 children in our party and had lots of space in the house for everyone. And the property manager responded immediately to all my questions. I highly recommend this house!

Amazing stay - will be back

This house is amazing. The dock was great, close location to everything we needed. So much fun for all of our family and friends that we had up with us. The communication with the host was great, and she was very helpful with planning. We will definitely be back!!!

Lake House Memories

House was great. 4 floors so everyone had a lot of space. Family enjoyed swimming in cove and Lanier Luxury Boat rentals was a very close and dropped the rental boat and kayaks right off at our dock. Beautiful area and lots to do close by. Thanks for the memories.

Best lake getaway

What a great multi-family property! The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities, the property manager/owner was accessible at all times and very helpful - even let us check in early! Could not recommend enough!

Great Home and Manager!

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean, spacious, well-stocked, and accurate pictures. Close to activities in Dahlonega, Gainesville, etc. and plenty to do for all ages without leaving the home.Sherri is a fantastic property manager. She sent docs with restaurants, things to do, directions, supplies, etc.

Stay on the lake

I thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything you need for a family to spread out and relax. One thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 tv's. Depending on the group size, you might want to plan for that on inside days. Great house no complaints noon check out was much appreciated.

Beautiful property for family Christmas

The home was beautiful and there was plenty of space for our family. The location was perfect for our plans. The driveway as stated is very steep, I believe it is a 14% grade. I would not want to have to traverse it if it were to get icy either by car or on foot. There were a few issues, but the property manager responded quickly. We did not expect the issues to be resolved while we were there, but hopefully they were fixed as soon as possible.

Great relaxing stay

Property was in great shape and had everything we needed as well as everything that was promised in the listing. Check in and check out was a breeze and the area is beautiful. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lake Lanier Retreat

Our family (7 adults and an infant) came together for a week stay at the Lake Lanier Retreat. House was well supplied, and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. (a few grilling tools would be helpful) We brought a small fishing boat and parking at the top of the hill was difficult. Spots are only deep enough for the trailer, so you have to disconnect from the tow vehicle, and making the swing with a truck and trailer is a challenge. The house is located on a quite cove and the dock was nice to tie up the boat and to swim. (the ladder from the water to the dock could use an upgrade). This is one of those places where you can relax as you are out on the lake but be in town for anything you need in 15 minutes. Lovely home, and we would definitely come again, as this home had a bit of everything from ping pong and pool table to work out equipment. Nothing like a week of family time on the lake but close to everything. (Sherri was quick to reply with any questions and made the checkin and out a breeze)

It has it all!

This beautiful house is equipped with everything needed. The beds were so comfortable, all the common areas fully outfitted for entertaining, and the dock was very enjoyable. A note for those bringing small children or elderly, there are stairs to go ANYWHERE in the house or outside to the lake. Not an issue for many, but might be a consideration for some. Our family loved this place.

We absolutely loved the property and our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. Large home with everything we needed. Perfect spot on the lake. The hosts were wonderful.

Family friendly

Excellent house for a family to spend a relaxing time together. Sherri the house manager was attentive and helpful. If you bring kayaks with you there is a boat ramp not far away, only took us about 15 minutes to paddle them back to the dock. There is only one regular sized refrigerator and a dorm size mini- fridge on the lower level, plan accordingly.
