Property was exactly as listed and was at a fair price. Dog friendly, fast WIFI, smooth check-in/out, clean bedding and all the resources for cooking. Staff at the office were beautiful and went above and beyond to cater for all our needs. In regards to the down sides to the property-The only thing I would mention would be that the driveway is located on a corner and is quite steep, so ideally a AWD/4x4 would come in handy and a experienced driver wouldn’t find it too hard to handle. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and wouldn’t hesitate at all in visiting again. A big thank you to Accom staff

Basic Beach House - great location & family friendly

Although Mystic Waves is a rather tired and basic beach house it has a good layout and maximises the ocean views. It’s an easy walk to the beach and lagoon, however dangerous at times crossing the road (especially with children). Worth the stay and also recommend the wood fired pizza just a few minutes walk away for dinner.

Fantastic location and loads of room

Great open plan property located close to the beach and within walking distance of coffee shop and dog beach. Loved the position as it was close enough to duck out to the cafes and restaurants at Terrigal but away from the noise and bustle. Fabulous food at Wamberal surf club and great breakfasts spent overlooking the waves. Only downside was it needs a fan in the living area as this room can get really hot.

The host hospitality was excellent. The place was great. The only complain we have is the lack of heating. The house was very, very cold. The aircon was not a reverse cycle aircon and thus we did not use it. We had two very, very small oil heaters which was not useful at all

A Winter Break

From the time we collected the keys, the staff were very welcoming, enthusiastic, professional and set the fun mood. We really loved the open plan living and convenient functionality of the house. The garden was cleverly developed attracting beautiful bird life and blocking out the traffic noise from the busy road. The café ( two minute walk) served really good coffee and pastries. It was a bonus seeing the waves crashing on to the beach and within a few minutes being able stroll there. Driving around we discovered such breath taking views and extremely friendly people. Thank you once again to the wonderful Team at Accommodation Terrigal

Great house

Mystic Waves is a lovely house to stay at for a holiday. Very comfortable and clean. As it is pet friendly it would be great to have a couple of gates or fences locking off the backyard down the sides of the house. It is on a busy road but as you can turn around and drive face out to the road so I didn't find that a problem. It is located in a lovely area and very quiet. The girls at check in were lovely but as you have to drive into Terrigal to pick up the keys after a long drive that just added to the trip. Terrigal is hard to find parking also. Maybe a key pad or key safe would be something for the owner to consider. There are so many lovely places to visit that is very close to Mystic Waves. We enjoyed our stay and will return again. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful home close to beach

We loved our stay at Mystic Waves. It was clean and well presented. The agent who managed the property was very helpful. Our dogs loved sniffing in the garden and the fence was secure so we could relax and know they were safe. It is within walking distance to a dog friendly beach (3 min walk) The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen had no basic supplies. There was no salt and pepper, no cooking oil and no basic spices. There was baking paper but no cling wrap or paper towels. I know these are just little extras but usually when we book a house through stayz it does come with some basics. Had we known this we would have brought supplies from home but as it was, we had to buy everything. We still loved our stay and would definitely stay again but next time we will come better prepared.

Comfortable

Very comfortable, clean, private. Not all windows lock nor laundry screen door! Property a bit tired, painting of verandah and steps need to be done to protect the property! Television, WiFi, confortable beds plenty of linen all very much appreciated! Property layout very practical ....thank you! Genevieve!

Beach Holiday Wamberall

The house has a great outlook - polished wood floors, open and plenty space in bedrooms. Tele / wifi great. Yard great for small dogs (side fences would be a nice extra) . Across road from good coffee and short walk to beach .

Covenient and Comfortable

We found Mystic Waves at Wamberal to be comfortable and spacious, with all the conveniences one requires in a holiday house. Situated on a busy road close to the Wamberal beach and lagoon, and with Terrigal beachfront just a few minutes away, it has a perfect location.
