Oozing style this newly renovated home ticks all the boxes accommodating 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it is truly a home of complete luxury. Entering from the back of the house you are met with the pool surrounded by the oasis like garden. A real wow factor, the design of the pool is completely unique and offers an amazing lounging/entertaining area whilst enjoying family lunches and fun in the pool.

The main entrance introduces you to the chic stylish feel of the home. With large double doors opening into the home it creates an inviting vibe from the moment you step through. With the entry level mostly open plan you are captured by the view, with the kitchen ideally located in the middle of the open plan style level. Also on this level you will find the Master bedroom with en-suite along with the second Queen bedroom with a large bathroom located close by.

Hidden away is a staircase down to the lower level. Both these rooms share a bathroom with bath. The two single beds bedroom offers a large open plan living area within that opens onto the lower level deck with hanging chair. Top of the range audio visual equipment is catered to on both the top and lower levels, there is also undercover parking for 2 cars, noting no more than this can be parked at the house however street parking is available.
