This newly renovated holiday home is located in a quiet location set high on Bynya Rd taking advantage of the expansive views. Boasting a very generous floorplan and rooms of sizeable proportions, this home offers true flexibility of use and versatile options for the extended family.
Perfect level entry to two separate floors - directly from the double carport to the top floor, or from the double garage to the middle floor. There are two huge sun-soaked part covered northern balconies to take in the panorama, complete with a BBQ.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning is available on the top level of the property.
The master has direct access to a terrace ensuite and dressing room. There are three further bedrooms on this level, plus a large main bathroom and TV room.
