2013年6月にコンドミニアムの全面改修が完了しました。 コンドミニアムには、特注のエスプレッソキャビネット、タイルバックスプラッシュを備えた御影石のカウンタートップ、ステンレス鋼の器具、設備の整ったキッチンが備わっています。 床は、ユニットに真の「ビーチ感」を加える美しい白塗り仕上げのラミネートの最上位です。 バスルームにはタイルシャワーの壁があり、これらのコンドミニアムではまれです。 このユニットが提供するものを本当に理解するには、写真を見る必要があります。

コンドミニアムは、単一の家族が最もよく眠ります。 ベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッド、書斎にはクイーンサイズの寝台ソファがあり、ベッドルームの向かいのホールには子供が本当に愛するキャプテンの寝台があります！ （これらの寝台は、身長5'6 '未満の人向けに設計されています）。

あなたが食事をすることを選択した場合、テーブルには6人が快適に座れます。キッチンには、掃除用の食器洗い機など、食事の準備に必要なものがすべて揃っています。

リゾートの敷地内には3軒のレストランに加えて、ビーチバー、アイスクリーム/スノーコーンシャックがプール/ビーチのそばにあります。 プールは海の上にあります。 敷地内には照明付きテニスコートがあり、プロショップで予約するだけで、すべてのゲストが無料で使用できます。 敷地内には小さな屋内トレーニング施設や屋外コースもあります。

釣りが楽しみの場合は、敷地内で漁獲と放流の釣りのラグーンがあります。

Enjoyed our stay this condo. Great location in B building on the 1st floor. Right next to the staircase. Loved the beach decor. Bed was comfy. Huge plus that they have an ice maker in the unit!! Lots of cabinet space for storage. Would book again in the future.

Perfect Hilton Head Stay

My wife and I have stayed at the HHBTC for several years now. We always stay in the same type of unit. The furniture in this unit was the most comfortable we have found. The host answered the one question we had very fast and is easily reached. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

Very nice

Everything was great with the exception of the pool. I don’t understand why they can’t warm them up some especially when people are by the pool all day. I just would think they would want it to be used.

We loved our stay! Communication with Wendy was great, she even sent us an email during our stay with happenings on the property. Check in/out was super easy.Location is great! So close to beach, easy walk there and easy bike ride anywhere on the island. You get a small view of the ocean from the patio.Property itself was clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfortable (firm but comfy), the pull out couch was great for the kid but not sure it would be for an adult.One thing to note is you are a ground floor unit so if you have noisy upstairs neighbors you will hear them (we had a family of 4 kids above us you could hear running but thankfully they were respectful and didn't do it early/late hours). Pool area was also great and loved the convenience of the restaurant, ice cream shack, and bar there.Great option for your stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo was PERFECT for my family of 5! We loved the convenience of the location with the access to the beach and the onsite restaurants. It made for a perfect getaway for our family and we look forward to returning in the future! Thank you for an amazing place to stay at a great rate that doesn't blow our budget.

Regarding our recent rental

We loved our stay at the condo. Loved the location. The only thing the door going out to the balcony we could not lock and there was no screen door so we couldn't keep it open for the breeze. However, the condo had everything we needed. Very well equipped.

Quick Ocean getaway

We planned a very last minute trip to Hilton Head and the condo was great for what we needed. The condo is small but we were only there 3 nights so it wasn't too bad. Short walk to the beach and great pool area, with a bar!

Great Location and comfortable

A very clean and maintained vacation rental. We enjoyed the very short walking distance to the beach, especially to watch the sunrises in the morning. A well supplied kitchen and many comforts of home.

Everything we needed

We completely enjoyed our stay. We wanted to stay in and cook for meals, and we had everything we needed. First floor ease of access and only a few steps down the boardwalk to the beach. As noted on the description, this is not a huge space, so I wouldn’t recommended any more than four people.

My name is Wendy Clamp. I have been vacationing in Hilton Head for over 30 years. It started when my mother went in with a group of people and bought a portion of one of the tennis villas. She then proceeded to purchase a beach villa on her own and sold her interest in the tennis villa. She enjoyed it so much that she purchased B-121 so that she could use one and have one to rent. We have spent at least a week every year at one of her condos.

This condo has been in the family for many years. My mother passed away in 2009 and left it to my brother and me. We totally gutted it back in 2013 and started from scratch to make it our own.
