Good find

Overall place is neat and tidy. Very clean. Owner and the manager is soo friendly and good communication. Pet friendly stay. Close to all supermarkets and other places. Very quiet area..will recommend to others.

Para Vista experience

the property was clean and spacious with modern kitchen and bathrooms. quite comfortable for the 7 of us. A new BBQ was also provided. the house is at walking distance of train/ transport and supermarket which was great. overall, a great stay for us in a home away from home. the owner was really approachable and answered our queries quite fast. great stay overall

Don't book it!!

The ad stated whole house and a backyard but we had upstairs only and could not access backyard so this is a fire hazard. The balcony was a death trap for our dog who could've easily jumped over the edge to the car space below. The place was unsanitary with dirty cupboards and floors, it also came with a complimentary toenail on the bedside table. The blinds in both spare rooms are broken so no light able to come in. No basics such as tea, coffee, tea towels, hand soap, alfoil ect. The BBQ was not clean and missing knobs. The house smelt like pee, the towel rail isn't fixed properly so nowhere to hang towels, we weren't aware anyone else was underneath us so when we came home late there was a car in the driveway so we were forced to park out on the street. There was no front door light, the master bedroom door didn't shut, no bathroom sink plug, all lamps had no globes and half the ceiling lights were missing. I can keep going and we have photos to prove it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! WE ARE CONSIDERING LEGAL ACTION TO GET A REFUND!

Few improvements

Overall it was good just few things needs attention - BBQ machine wasn’t clean to use. - toilet needs lock as it is a common toilet. - blinds needs maintenance

Served it’s purpose

Served it’s purpose for a weekend in the city of Adelaide. Joe was a good communicator. Was surprised with other guests downstairs but that didn’t bother us. Zero sundries and had to dig out towels, house was quite dusty and had a musky smell but was spacious with good air conditioning. But overall served the purpose for the weekend.

Disappointed stay

Joseph was lovely and fine to communicate with, however, this house was not advertised correctly as only half the house was ours and the other half was booked by other people and the description stated “entire house”. No doors had locks including the toilet and bathroom. Handles came off of the blinds and towel rails. Was only supplied with 2 toilet rolls for 2 whole nights for 8 guests. For the amount of money I paid, I was highly disappointed with the quality of my stay.

Very comfortable and good location

Our group included our adult daughter and her partner as well as our family of 3, (and dog!)very comfortable and well appointed house that easily accommodated us all comfortably. Great communication with Joseph - definitely on the list for a return visit!

Family stay in Para Vista

Was a great place to stay for a few days with our 3 children. Decent position that allows access to everything you want. House well setup and comfortable. Would recommend this place to others and would be happy to stay again.

Best place for the families.

It’s a nice house , clean and spacious for a big family. I would love to book this property again if I am coming to Adelaide. Very friendly hosts and helpful. The location is very close to city, and it’s very comfortable and quiet place.
