We genuinely appreciate your honest review and apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay at Eagles Rest 15. Your comments have not gone unnoticed, and we are committed to making improvements based on your input. We are pleased to hear that you found the location of Eagles Rest 15 to your liking, and enjoyed the modern downstairs area. However, it is certainly disheartening to learn about the issues you encountered upstairs. We sincerely apologize for any lapses in our cleaning standards; this is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide. Regarding the carpet, a steam clean was scheduled to be performed, and we unfortunately were not able to have this occur prior to your arrival. While this has since taken place, we sincerely apologize that it was not able to be completed before your stay. Additionally, we are looking into replacement options for the rusted shower rods and will put in place a more rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure that our shower tiles are consistently well-maintained. We would have been happy to send our teams back to rectify these issues, had we been made aware of them during your stay, but certainly understand if you did not wish to to disturbed during your time on vacation. We understand the importance of a clean and comfortable space for our guests, and your feedback serves as a valuable tool in helping us achieve that. We are committed to delivering a superior experience to our guests, and we will use your feedback to enhance our property.
