Spacious modern townhouse

Our group of 6 friends had a comfortable stay in this well located, spacious and quiet house with very pleasant views. The amenities however were very sparse, especially for 6 persons. This was particularly so in the kitchen - pots/bowls very limited. Nevertheless we very much enjoyed our stay.

Post Ironman Margaret River Tour

Perfect spot for a family or 3 couples. We finished up at Busselton Ironman and came down to Margaret River for a shirt stay. We started with the Bushtucker Canoe Tour and the next day for the Bushtucker wine and beer tour. The house was a perfect just a short walk from the town center and the location on a dam was just beautiful. A lot of birdlife about the back of the house with a few kookaburras and superb blue wrens.. The kitchen is very functional and the living areas handle 6 people perfectly and we all had a wonderful experience.

I’m sure the property is fine but we didn’t go because of COVID restrictions and you were informed of this but obviously you don’t update your paperwork

As discussed one the phone with Derek today this review is a bit confusing to future guests because Derek is actually staying in the house right now. We were happy to change his original stay from early February to the long weekend, but were unable to change his dates in HomeAway because his booking had already started when he gave us new dates. He wasn't able to travel on his original dates because of the snap lockdown in Perth/South West regions. We were happy to speak to Derek today and hear that he was enjoying his stay at Waterside One!

When you walk in... its is just as the photos show & more. The view is amazing over the lake and the birds are a pleasant choir to listen to all day.... The rooms are good size , each with their own en-suite., with a guest toilet too. This is worth the $$

We all live with our families in Margaret River and manage houses in Margaret River, Prevelly and Gracetown. We love living in Margaret River and wake up everyday feeling like we are "Living the dream Down South".
We love our region and enjoy getting involved in all that our community has to offer - you will often find us visiting the local Farmers Market on Saturday mornings, drinking coffee at one of our favourite local Cafés (Egberts or White Elephant), joining a Walk Talk Taste Tour of our town's best restaurants & bars, visiting one of our many cellar doors to purchase some local wine or spending a whole day at the beach with the kids!
We want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy all our great region has to offer and at Swell Stays we understand the importance of cleanliness and customer service, which in turn creates the perfect holiday experience for our guests.
