Peaceful quiet

Nice little apartment at the end of a cul-de-sac attached to a house with a beautiful pool, with a couple of cute little dogs that would come out every so often. Cute kitchen awesome shower comfortable bed.

Quiet Vacation

We had a great relaxing stay. The property was close to things to do and it was in a peaceful neighborhood. I felt safe the whole time we were there. Edith was super quick to respond when we had questions. The casita felt really private, and even with the owners living on property, we never felt crowded at all! I'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the Phoenix area.

Relaxing, Quiet get-a-way

I do not want to leave a good review because I don’t want anyone else to book this place in case I want to come back I want it available…..hahahahaha. We have stayed here 2 years in a row now. We absolutely love this house & owner. The place is immaculate. The pool is so refreshing. If we are ever back in Scottsdale we will def try to stay here again. Would give 10 stars.

Quiet Getaway

Great neighborhood quiet perfect place if you’re doing a getaway to the Phoenix Scottsdale area. Great location and there’s lots to do in Scottsdale. The host was wonderful. Hopefully I can come back when it’s warmer and enjoy the pool.

Great getaway location!

We stayed for 14 days. While the owner also lives on-site, we rarely saw her, unless we needed something. A great location, cozy space to stay. We already plan to return.

Exactly What We Were Looking For

We stayed for a week while recovering from surgery. This was the perfect place for us. The host was very kind and responsive.

Phoenix stay

The ladies were vague but helpful. The apartment was clean & as advertised. The pool was not exclusive use, we couldn’t get to the main steps due to barriers for 3 dogs The washing/drying facilities not in the apartment but through 4 gates outside You needed to ring bells so the dogs could be locked in !! The dogs overall were the biggest problem for us

Fun in the sun!

We had a great stay! The place is very clean, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, great kitchen. The best part is the pool and the amazing shower panel! The pool is shared but it's very large, great lounge chairs.

Lovely place to stay!

The property was great. Any issues were so minor they aren't worth mentioning. Owner is kind. Yappy little dogs were entertaining... but the owner kept them in the house or always under supervision. We do wish the pool had been heated but that isn't something done in this area we were told. All in all, it was a great get-away from snow and cold.

Getaway

Overall it was perfect for my fiance and I for a long weekend. Close to many restaurants and attractions including Odysea world and Camelback. Quiet neighborhood. It was like we were in our own world. Very nice place.

Super nice owner and friends.

We were there for a week to take care of grandkids. It was just so blistering hot so not able to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked to.

Good stay

We stayed 5 nights after a surgery. It was perfect. Casita is attached to main house but has a separate entrance. Rooms got dark enough at night and we had all we needed to stay in to eat. Good communication if we needed something.

Nice Scottsdale Rental

We had a good time at this rental. Mostly we hung out at the pool during the day. It was pretty quiet, which was nice. The pool area is shared between this rental, the owner and her 3 dogs (well-behaved), and an additional rental unit attached to the opposite side of the house. We overlapped with other renters for a few days, but we didn't see much of them. Highlights: Beautiful pool and patio areas, amazing shower, comfortable bed, easy check-in, great communication, close to a lot of good restaurants, had what we needed to cook our breakfasts and lunches. Thanks for the nice vacation! :)

Not as clean as 1st time stay

We found dirty clothes in one of the drawers when we went to put our clothes away. Pool wasn't very clean. Yard is cluttered around the pool. Lattice not attached to fence. The A/C wasn't working very well. Felt hot inside. We left 2 days early, our concert was canceled and we weren't very comfortable in the place.

Gald we had a roof over our head

Very nice little place. No check in instructions given prior to entering, drove 3 hours to get there and had to ask if we could go in because no instructions were sent via VBRO. Pets welcome but beware there is only a iron fence blocking your pets from the owners 3 cute little dogs. The owner allowed their pets to run right up to the back yard fence enclosure causing our youngest pet to get very aggressive, if your pets are not socialized yet, this may be a precaution to consider. No instructions found inside for internet or how to lock and unlock entrance if you want to come and go as you please. We were comfortable and left alone, just didn't feel welcome. If you are looking for a nice place and you do not mind mingling this place is ideal. If you are looking for complete solitude, you may want to ask questions before booking. Owner was prompt at answering. Pans to cook with had burned on residue, there is no garbage disposal, no extra trash bags in trash cans-had to buy our own. Final review=nice clean place - needs a few adjustments and it would have gotten 5 stars.

DON'T stay here!

This place is a dump. NOTHING like the description. The host entered the rental WHILE WE WERE not clothed without our permission after we complained to VRBO about the lack of cleanliness. We found black hair all over the floor. A strange film on the floor and overall lack of care.VERY close to the airport and a major roadway, it is VERY noisy. They have dogs that bite and signs in the yard to warn you.Did I mention how the host entered the unit WHILE WE WERE INSIDE WITHOUT our permission . We left that day.What an absolutely HORRIBLE experienceThere is also ANOTHER rental unit on the other side of the house, so be prepared to bump into them if you need to use the laundry room (also very dirty)the host didn't even know how long we were staying the pool is NOT heatedand the host told us we could get electrocuted if we tried to use the hot tub.I wish I could attach pics of the filth and the police report # by the Phoenix police (rental is NOT in Scottsdale)absolutely ruined our vacationwhen we tried to get a refund of cleaning fee that is when all the crazy with the host started.Now we are trying to get a FULL refund since the insane host entered the unit without our permission and would not leave until we called 911so far, the host is lying and we r still going back n forth with VRBOI cannot believe we had to go thru this!
